活化时间对加氢半焦气化废水吸附性能的影响
[Abstract]:Low cost active coke was prepared from hydrogenated semi-coke by using falling bed and fixed bed device. The treatment of high concentration and low concentration gasification wastewater was carried out. Under the optimized preparation conditions, the effects of activation time on the adsorption index of activated coke and adsorption performance of wastewater were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of activation time from 5 s to 120 min, the phenol adsorption value and iodine value of the prepared active coke firstly increased and then decreased slightly, and the total specific surface and total pore volume increased. The adsorption index of unactivated hydrogenated semi-coke is low and the adsorption efficiency of wastewater is poor. When activated by falling bed, the adsorbability of activated coke was not improved obviously when activation time was 5 s, but that of activated coke with fixed bed was improved obviously. When the activation time is 90min, the phenol adsorption value and iodine value of activated coke reach the maximum value, which are 97mg/L and 588mg / L, respectively. The total specific surface area and total pore volume are up to 675.53m2/g and 0.631 cm ~ 3 / g, respectively. When the activation time is 30min, the removal rate and adsorption capacity of COD, in high and low concentration gasification wastewater from activated coke are similar to those of commercial activated coke. However, the change of activation time in the range of 30min~120min leads to the total phosphorus of COD,. The range of TOC removal rate and adsorption capacity is 5, and activation time has little effect on COD, total phosphorus, TOC removal rate and adsorption capacity in high and low concentration gasification wastewater.
