旋风滤筒复合除尘器的结构设计与内部流场数值模拟分析

【摘要】:当前环境问题越来越严重,引发了公众的持续关注。近年来,许多大型火电厂、水泥厂、轮胎厂等污染企业大量排放粉尘及各种污染物,导致空气中污染物浓度过大,严重影响大气质量。因此,我国对大气污染污染物排放标准也越来越高,各大厂家逐渐加大对除尘器的研发和投入。旋风除尘器和滤筒除尘器作为目前使用比较广泛的两种除尘器,单一使用往往难以满足生产排放需要。旋风除尘器虽然具有结构简单,制造方便等优点,但对细微粉尘的除尘效果差强人意;滤筒除尘器除尘效率高,但普遍存在的糊袋问题严重影响了滤筒的使用寿命。虽然可以将多级除尘器并联使用达到除尘目的,但也存在设备占地面积大,造价高等问题。因此对旋风滤筒复合除尘器的研究具有一定的意义。通过借助Ansys、Fluent等模拟软件对复合除尘器内部复杂的气固两相流动进行模拟分析,探索影响复合除尘器除尘效率的因素,并对除尘器的结构进行优化设计。研究发现,旋风滤筒复合除尘器在气流分散均匀性以及上升气速方面存在较大缺陷,通过对复合除尘器结构的优化以及加装导流元件的形式,对上述问题有了较好的改善。
[Abstract]:The current environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, which has aroused the public's continuous concern. In recent years, a large number of polluting enterprises, such as power plants, cement plants and tire factories, have discharged a large amount of dust and various pollutants, resulting in excessive concentration of pollutants in the air, which seriously affects the air quality. Therefore, the emission standards of atmospheric pollutants in China are higher and higher. Cyclone precipitator and filter drum precipitator are two kinds of precipitators which are widely used at present. Although the cyclone dust collector has the advantages of simple structure and convenient manufacture, the dust removal effect on fine dust is not satisfactory. The filter drum dust collector has a high dust removal efficiency, but the widespread paste bag problem seriously affects the service life of the filter tube. Although the multistage dust collector can be used in parallel to achieve the purpose of dust removal, there are some problems such as large area of equipment and high cost. Therefore, the study of cyclone filter composite dust collector has certain significance. The complex gas-solid two-phase flow in composite precipitator was simulated and analyzed by means of Ansys,Fluent and other simulation softwares. The factors affecting the dust removal efficiency of composite precipitator were explored and the structure of the dust collector was optimized. It is found that the cyclone filter tube composite precipitator has great defects in the uniformity of air flow dispersion and the rising gas velocity. By optimizing the structure of the composite dust collector and adding the form of diversion elements, the above problems have been improved.
