B-环糊精固载淀粉及其在纺织上浆与印染废水处理方面的应用

【摘要】:本论文以玉米淀粉(CS)为固载基体,将β-环糊精(β-CD)和柠檬酸(CA)引入本聚合体系中,其中柠檬酸(CA)作为交联剂,次亚磷酸钠(SHP)作为催化剂,采用二分法完成β-环糊精固载玉米淀粉(简称C-β-CDP)的制备。首先探讨了采用半干法制备预聚体即柠檬酸—β-环糊精(简称CA—β-CD),又探讨了 β-环糊精固载玉米淀粉(C-β-CDP)的制备工艺。得出制备预聚体(CA—β-CD)的最佳工艺条件:n(β-CD):n(CA):n(SHP)=1:2:1/2,m(β-CD):m(H20)=1:0.6,固化温度为100℃;制备β-环糊精固载玉米淀粉(C-β-CDP)的最佳工艺条件为:预聚体含量为60%,n(CA-β-CD):n(SHP)=1:1/3,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为30min。实验结果表明,反应后出现了新的酯基,原有的结晶区被破坏,证明了 CS和β-CD之间发生了固载。对C-β-CDP的理化特性和上浆性能进行研究表明,在一定环糊精含量范围内,C-β-CDP的理化性能改善,表现为水合能力、流变性能增强,抗老化性、透明度提高,而环糊精含量过高会导致淀粉理化性能恶化。C-β-CDP浆纱性能随环糊精含量增高而降低,当环糊精含量为20.851 μmol/g时,浆纱断裂强力、减伸率和毛羽达到最优值。测定其生物降解性能得出,B/C=2.1330,还原糖浓度为2.0307 mmol/L,证明了本实验制得的浆料可以天然降解。以藏红花T为吸附对象,在一定实验条件下,吸附过程更为符合Freundlich等温吸附方程,在温度为45℃时最大吸附量为14.7472 mg/g,染料去除率为86.0618%,吸附既包括β-环糊精对藏红花T的包覆,又包括化学吸附,即C-β-CDP中羧基和碱性藏红花T的反应。本实验结果为染料废水的处理提供了有益的帮助。
