【摘要】：正2017年9月12日,在《关于消耗臭氧层物质的蒙特利尔议定书》(以下简称蒙特利尔议定书)缔结30周年纪念大会上,环境保护部部长李干杰指出,蒙特利尔议定书履约任重道远,当前和今后一个时期中国将重点开展以下工作。一是加快《基加利修正案》批约进程。尽早开展履约能力建设,为修正案实施做好充分准备。二是依法加强消耗臭氧层物质管理。严格执行《消耗臭氧层物质管理条例》,促进消耗臭氧层物质
[Abstract]:On 12 September 2017, at the Conference on the 30th Anniversary of the Montreal Protocol on substances that deplete the Ozone layer (hereinafter referred to as the Montreal Protocol), Minister of Environmental Protection Li Gan-Jie noted that Compliance with the Montreal Protocol has a long way to go, and China will focus on the following tasks at present and in the coming period.
