江苏省环境竞争力时空演变研究——基于静态和动态双重评价分析

【摘要】：构建PSR框架的江苏省环境竞争力评价指标体系,运用直觉模糊信息方法和改进的TOPSIS方法,对江苏省环境竞争力水平进行静态和动态评价,得出结论:2015年江苏省各地区在环境竞争力下压力、状态和响应子系统有明显的差异,江苏省各地区整体的环境竞争力水平较高,但区域内部差别较大,地域空间上整体表现为苏中苏北苏南;2001-2015年江苏省环境系统与理想解的"垂面距离"波动明显,整体呈不断减少态势,表明江苏省的环境质量在稳步提高,环境竞争力较强;江苏省各地区环境竞争力变化特征与自然资源禀赋的差异、区位条件以及不同的产业结构等紧密相关。
[Abstract]:The evaluation index system of environmental competitiveness in Jiangsu Province based on PSR framework is constructed, and the static and dynamic evaluation of environmental competitiveness level in Jiangsu Province is carried out by using intuitionistic fuzzy information method and improved TOPSIS method. It is concluded that there are obvious differences in pressure, state and response subsystem among different regions of Jiangsu Province in 2015. The overall level of environmental competitiveness in each region of Jiangsu Province is higher, but the difference within the region is great. The overall performance of regional space is the north and south of central Jiangsu and southern Jiangsu. From 2001 to 2015, the "vertical distance" between the environmental system and the ideal solution in Jiangsu Province fluctuates obviously, and the overall trend is decreasing, which indicates that the environmental quality of Jiangsu Province is steadily improving and the environmental competitiveness is strong. The variation characteristics of environmental competitiveness in Jiangsu Province are closely related to the difference of natural resource endowment, location condition and different industrial structure.
