长春市天嘉水质净化厂扩建及提标改造工程工艺研究

【摘要】:随着长春市经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的大幅度提高,城市污水量的逐年增加,环境破坏日益严重,伊通河流域水环境污染愈演愈烈。2015年6月伊通河流域新一轮综合治理暨百里生态长廊建设工程正式开工。长春市天嘉水质净化厂处理污水属于伊通河串湖流域水系.由于近年来废水排放量日益增加,天嘉污水处理厂的现有处理能力已经不能满足污水排放量,故现对天嘉水质净化厂进行提标升级改造。根据天嘉水质净化厂区域内排放污水的水质特点,经过调查研究,结合天嘉水质净化厂现状实际情况,对预处理、生化处理、深度处理、污泥处理、臭气处理各设计方案的综合优缺点及技术经济进行比较论述,拟选出一个适合天嘉水质净化厂扩建、提标改造工程处理工艺方案。本工程设计总规模为4.0万m~3/d,总变化系数为1.0。分为新建和改造2大部分:其中将原有处理能力2.0万m~3/d的预处理系统改造为过水能力4.0万m~3/d;原有生化处理系统改造为处理能力1.0万m~3/d;另新建3.0万m~3/d生化处理系统和4.0万m~3/d深度处理系统。经过方案比较,确定污水厂工艺流程:改造部分:(1)一级处理工艺,对现有预处理建构筑物进行挖潜,利用现有土建,更换部分设备,包括粗格栅、污水提升泵、细格栅等;(2)生化系统工艺,将原有处理能力1.0万m~3/d的酸化水解池改造为高效沉淀池,曝气生物滤池更换部分设备,提高回流比;(3)除臭工艺,两级除臭工艺交叉处理,综合实现厂区的臭气处理达到一级标准;(4)污泥处理部分,利用原有污泥脱水间土建设施,原位置扩大污泥贮池容积,提高待处理污泥停留时间,污泥处理方案采用浓缩离心一体脱水机;(5)消毒工艺,本工程采用臭氧+次氯酸钠作为消毒工艺,降低处理成本。新建部分:采用预处理+(A~2/O+IFAS+矩形周边进水周边出水二沉池+高效沉淀池+连续流砂滤池+臭氧氧化工艺(除臭采用全过程除臭+生物除臭滤池除臭)。本工程完成后,出水水质可达到《水污染物综合排放标准》(DB11/307-2013-北京)中B标准。对区域内排放的污水进行及时而有效的处理,保护好串湖(伊通河)流域水体和水质,提高水资源的综合利用,能够起到良好的环境保护作用。

Due to the increasing discharge of wastewater in recent years, the existing treatment capacity of Tianjia sewage treatment Plant can no longer meet the sewage discharge, so the bid raising and upgrading of Tianjia Water purification Plant is carried out. According to the water quality characteristics of sewage discharged in the area of Tianjia Water purification Plant, after investigation and study, combined with the actual situation of Tianjia Water purification Plant, pretreatment, biochemical treatment, advanced treatment and sludge treatment, The comprehensive advantages and disadvantages and technical economy of each design scheme of odor treatment are compared and discussed, and a suitable treatment process scheme for Tianjia water quality purification plant is selected, which is suitable for the expansion of Tianjia water quality purification plant and the improvement of standard.
