纳氏比色法测定污水中氨氮条件探究及改进

【摘要】:水质中氨氮对于水环境和人体健康有着极大的影响,水质中氨氮一直是水质监测的重点项目,文章依靠纳氏试剂比色法为分析手段,来检测水样中的氨氮浓度。文章利用100g/L硫酸锌将水样进行预处理,30%NaOH将水样pH调节为10,1mL纳氏试剂与样本中氨氮发生化学反应显色10min后,在分光光度计进行测定。试验结果表明:在0.0~2.0ug/mL范围内,线性关系式为y=0.207 6x+0.010 3,R2=0.999 1。该方法的精密度为2.25%~8.39%,加标回收率为97.5%~107.5%,经过实际样品验证后,说明该方法是一种准确,快速的测定水质中氨氮的方法。
[Abstract]:Ammonia nitrogen in water quality has great influence on water environment and human health. Ammonia nitrogen in water quality has always been the key item of water quality monitoring. This paper relies on Nessler reagent colorimetric method to detect the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in water samples. In this paper, the water sample was pretreated with 100g/L zinc sulfate, and the pH of the water sample was adjusted to 10 by 30%NaOH. After 1 mL Nessler reagent reacted with ammonia nitrogen in the sample, the color 10min was determined by spectrophotometer.
