【摘要】:随着工业与科技的快速发展,行业中冷轧钛管的需求量越来越大,质量要求也越来越高。本文以张家港某金属制品厂LG30冷轧管机为研究对象,在该厂现有轧具孔型设计理论的基础上,对轧具孔型曲线进行了优化研究:首先,借助Pro/E5.0软件和DEFORM-3D有限元软件进行了LG30冷轧管机的钛管冷轧成形过程的模拟仿真,对轧制力的变化规律及轧成管的尺寸精度进行了分析。其次,以轧制力的变化规律和轧成管的尺寸精度为研究目标,结合有限元分析法,从开口形状和开口尺寸两个方面采用了三种方法对轧具的孔型曲线进行了优化研究:第一、通过分析孔型开口曲线的五组开口角来研究了开口形状。根据4副轧具的有限元分析和实际轧制的结果,得出了开口角为25o时,减壁量小于4mm的轧成管有较好的尺寸精度。第二、采用调整7个孔型设计参数来研究开口尺寸,以轧制力仿真值得变化规律作为参考依据,调整相关参数得到轧制力计算值的变化规律比较接近仿真值变化规律时的一组参数组合,有限元分析及实际轧制结果证明了该组参数下的轧成管尺寸精度有所改善。第三、采用正交试验法来研究开口尺寸,对7个孔型设计参数分别设置4个水平值,设计正交表L32(49)并进行了模拟试验,利用极差分析法分析得到各参数对目标函数的影响规律及影响程度,得出了各参数影响程度的主次顺序,根据极差值和参数影响的主次顺序,综合分析得到了轧具孔型优化的最佳参数组合,在此基础上进行了冷轧钛管过程的有限元分析及实轧检验,结果显示优化后轧制力曲线的变化规律更理想,且轧成管的尺寸精度更高。最后,分析了以上三种研究方法所得结论的优缺点,并对正交试验法所得结论的普遍适用性进行了20组不同轧制规格的实轧检验,结果显示,90%的轧具轧制效果比较理想。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry and science and technology, the demand for cold-rolled titanium tubes in the industry is becoming more and more large, and the quality requirements are becoming higher and higher. In this paper, a Zhangjiagang metal products factory LG30 cold rolling mill as the research object, based on the existing factory with rolling pass design on the theory of rolling out pass curves were studied: firstly, the simulation of cold roll forming process of LG30 cold rolling mill of the titanium tube with the help of Pro/E5.0 software and DEFORM-3D finite element software. Variation of rolling force and rolling into the size precision tube were analyzed. Second, changes to the rolling force and rolling into the size precision tube as the research object, combined with finite element analysis method, from the opening shape and size of the openings in two aspects, three methods are adopted to study the optimization of the rolling pass out curve: first, through the analysis of pass opening curve five group opening angle study on the shape of the opening. According to the finite element analysis and the actual rolling results of the 4 pair rolling gear, it is found that when the opening angle is 25o, the rolled tube with reduced wall less than 4mm has better dimensional precision. Second, by adjusting the 7 pass design parameters to study the opening size, the rolling force variation is simulation as a reference, changes and adjust relevant parameters calculated value of rolling force is close to the simulation of a group of parameters variation of the finite element analysis and the actual rolling results show that the parameters of the group rolled tube size accuracy has improved. Third, to study the size of the opening by the orthogonal test, the 7 pass design parameters were set up 4 level orthogonal table L32 (49) and conducted simulation experiments and analysis have influence and impact of various parameters on the objective function by using range, the parameters influencing order degree according to the order, range and influence of parameters, are analyzed and the optimum parameters of rolling out pass optimization, on the basis of the finite element analysis of the process of cold rolling of titanium tube and rolling test, the results show that the optimal variation of rolling force curve is more ideal, and rolled into more precision tube high. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the above three research methods are analyzed, and the general applicability of the conclusions obtained by the orthogonal test method is tested on 20 different rolling specifications. The results show that the rolling effect of 90% kinds of rolling tools is ideal.
