【摘要】:在线检测的持水率是原油开采过程中的重要决策参数。目前我国油田已进入开采中后期,油田注水技术、水平井与大斜度井技术被广泛使用,因此研究一种适用于高含水和大斜井的阵列化持水率检测仪器具有重要意义。其难点主要在于将传感器小型化,实现传感器阵列化,实时检测油井截面上流体持水率变化。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种适用于油水两相分离流体、基于流体电阻的持水率检测方法,推导了该方法的持水率计算公式,分析了电阻传感器的等效模型。为了减少或避免电阻传感器的双层电容对测量结果的影响,实现相对准确的局部流体电阻检测,采用了探针结构的电阻传感器,并通过MATLAB仿真计算得到了在双极性脉冲激励下最佳检测时间点,从而阐明了该方法的可行性。在此基础上,(1)根据阵列电阻传感器小型化的要求,设计了双探头式探针传感器;(2)针对双电层电容对测量结果的影响,采用了双极性脉冲激励的方法;(3)为了实现准确地测量流体的电阻值,设计并实现了同时检测传感器两端电压和流经传感器电流的检测方案。最终,形成并实现了基于流体电阻的持水率检测仪器的总体方案。通过采用上述方案和措施,能大大减小双层电容的影响,提高电阻的测量精度,可以相对准确地实现对油水分离的两相流体持水率的反演,达到了预期的技术指标。综上,本文的研究与工作解决了现阶段阵列电阻法持水率检测仪器的几个关键技术难题,对阵列电阻法持水率检测仪器的研究具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:On-line water holdup is an important decision parameter in the process of crude oil production. At present, oilfield water injection technology, horizontal well and high slope well technology have been widely used in the middle and late stage of oil production in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to study an arrayed water holdup measuring instrument suitable for high water cut and large inclined wells. The difficulty lies in the miniaturization of sensors and the realization of sensor array. In order to solve the above problems, a method of measuring water holdup based on fluid resistance for oil-water two-phase separation fluid is proposed in this paper. The formula of water holdup of this method is derived, and the equivalent model of resistance sensor is analyzed. In order to reduce or avoid the influence of double layer capacitance of resistance sensor on measurement results. A relatively accurate local fluid resistance detection is achieved by using a probe structure resistance sensor, and the optimal detection time point under bipolar pulse excitation is obtained by MATLAB simulation. The feasibility of the method is illustrated. On the basis of this, a dual-probe probe sensor is designed according to the requirement of miniaturization of the array resistive sensor. 2) aiming at the influence of the double layer capacitance on the measurement results, the bipolar pulse excitation method is adopted. 3) in order to measure the resistance of the fluid accurately, we design and realize the detection scheme of simultaneously detecting the voltage at both ends of the sensor and the current flowing through the sensor. The overall scheme of water holdup measuring instrument based on fluid resistance is formed and realized. By adopting the above scheme and measures, the influence of double layer capacitance can be greatly reduced, and the measuring accuracy of resistance can be improved. The inversion of water holdup of oil-water separated two-phase fluid can be realized relatively accurately, which reaches the expected technical target. The research and work of this paper have solved several key technical problems of the array resistance method water holdup measuring instrument at present, and have reference value to the research of the array resistance method water holdup measuring instrument.
