新庄油区调驱技术研究

【摘要】:本文针对新庄油区近几年来注水开发所面临的困难,分析了该区块的历年来的深部调驱技术现状及存在的问题,新庄油区按储层类型分类属于低渗低孔储层、并且具有束缚水饱和度高,非均质性强等特点。伴随着开采时间的延长,该区块含水率持续上升,单井产量逐年降低,并且部分油井出现水淹水窜现象,对该区块的正常生产产生了严重影响。现有的调驱工艺技术已不能很好的满足新庄区块油藏地质的需要,迫切需要对该区块的深部调驱技术展开更为深入的研究,从而解决新庄区块注水开发过程中所存在的问题。本文在调研国内外注水井调驱技术的基础上,开展了适合新庄区块的深部调驱体系的室内配方研究和调剖施工工艺参数的优化,研制出了适合于新庄区块油藏条件的调驱体系:交联冻胶调驱剂和缓膨黏弹颗粒调驱剂,交联冻胶调驱剂配方为0.2%的两性离子聚合物、0.25%的稳定剂及0.25%的交联剂,并对其性能进行了评价。通过岩心流动实验评价调驱剂调驱效果,实验表明:组合使用两性离子冻胶调驱剂和缓膨黏弹颗粒调驱剂,能够提高封堵优势渗流通道的效率,迫使注入的水流方向发生改变。在室内调驱剂体系研制的基础上,将两性离子交联冻胶调驱剂和缓膨黏弹颗粒调驱剂组合应用,开展了适合新庄区块的调驱工艺设计。研制的两性离子交联冻胶调驱剂和缓膨黏弹颗粒调驱剂通过组合应用能够满足新庄区块油藏深部调驱的需要,起到了很好的增油降水效果,5077-1井组、5072井组、5014-1井组平均累计增油100t左右。
[Abstract]:Aiming at Xinzhuang oilfield in recent years waterflood development difficulties, analyzes the block over the years of deep profile control technology present situation and existing problems, according to the reservoir classification in Xinzhuang oilfield belongs to low permeability and low porosity reservoir, and has the characteristics of high irreducible water saturation, with strong heterogeneity. The production time prolonging, the block water rate continues to rise, the single well production decreased year by year, and some wells flooded water channeling phenomenon, has seriously affected the normal production of the block. The existing flooding technology has not met good new Zhuang block reservoir geology, the urgent need of the deep block the flooding technology to spread more in-depth research, so as to solve the existing Xinzhuang block waterflood development process. Based on the investigation of the domestic and foreign water injection wells adjustable drive technology, carried out for new blocks The optimized formula indoor research and profile control of construction parameters of deep flooding system, suitable for the reservoir conditions of Xinzhuang flooding out: development of crosslinked gel flooding agent and bentonite viscoelastic particles flooding agent, crosslinking gel flooding agent formula for the 0.2% zwitterionic polymer, crosslinking agent, stabilizer 0.25% and 0.25%, and its performance was evaluated. Through the evaluation of core flow experiment of the flooding effect, flooding experiments show that: the use of zwitterionic combination gel flooding agent and bentonite viscoelastic particles flooding agent, can improve the efficiency of sealing edge flow channel, the flow direction of the injection force change. Adjustable flooding agent system developed in the laboratory, the amphoteric crosslinked gel flooding agent and bentonite viscoelastic particles flooding agent combination, carried out for Xinzhuang block flooding process design. The development of amphoteric crosslinked gel flooding The combination agent and slow swelling viscoelastic particle flooding agent can meet the needs of deep reservoir adjustment and flooding in Xinzhuang block by combination application. It has played a good role in increasing oil and precipitation. The 5077-1 well group, 5072 well group and 5014-1 well group have increased oil accumulation by 100t on average.
