【摘要】:现在的选煤厂都在广泛使用振动筛分设备,用振动筛进行筛分是处理煤炭的重要环节,在煤炭的加工、筛分过程中起到了关键作用。本文首先介绍了振动筛分设备的现状,并对振动筛分设备的研究和发展趋势做了比较细致的阐述。本文的研究对象是GPS1431型振动筛,实地调研该振动筛筛箱的尺寸与工作性能,计算其相关系数,得到振动筛运行的动力学与运动学相关参数,再对该振动筛运用Solidworks软件进行建模,能够得到该振动筛的三维实体模型。对该振动筛进行虚拟样机动态仿真,运用Adams运动仿真软件可以得到仿真时振动筛筛箱关键点的速度、加速度与位移曲线,并与现场试验、理论计算的结果进行比较,得到的结论是给出的参数与设计标准是完全相符的。对GPS1431型振动筛进行静力学分析,建立筛箱的力学模型,分析筛箱的载荷类型,并计算出载荷大小。以载荷量作为根据,对筛箱的关键部件采用ANSYS软件做静力学分析,施加载荷和约束,可以得到筛箱的应力分布图和位移变形图,由该结果可以得出筛箱的总体结构比较合理,强度合适。对GPS1431型振动筛进行动力学分析,对筛箱做相应的简化后分别进行模态分析和谐响应分析。在模态分析的过程中,可以得出振动筛筛箱前10阶振型,了解振动筛的振动形态;在谐响应分析的过程中,可以得出筛箱在0-100Hz频率下的变形、应力和加速度响应,得出该筛箱在工况下存在的不足之处。综合以上结构力学分析结果,对该振动筛筛箱进行结构优化,得出相应的振型图和响应图,分析可得优化之后该振动筛的安全性能更高,使用寿命更长。
[Abstract]:Now the coal preparation plants are widely using vibrating sieve separation equipment. Screening with vibrating screen is an important part of coal treatment, in the coal processing. Screening process plays a key role. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of vibrating screen separation equipment. The research and development trend of the vibrating screen sub-equipment is described in detail. The research object of this paper is GPS1431 vibrating screen. The size and working performance of the vibrating screen box are investigated in the field. The correlation coefficient is calculated and the dynamic and kinematics parameters of the vibrating screen are obtained. Then the model of the vibrating screen is modeled by Solidworks software. The three-dimensional solid model of the vibrating screen can be obtained. The virtual prototype dynamic simulation of the vibrating screen can be carried out, and the speed of the key point of the vibrating screen box can be obtained by using the Adams motion simulation software. The acceleration and displacement curves are compared with the results of field tests and theoretical calculations. The conclusion is that the given parameters are completely consistent with the design standard. The static analysis of the GPS1431 vibrating screen is carried out, the mechanical model of the screen box is established, and the load type of the screen box is analyzed. On the basis of the load quantity, the stress distribution and displacement diagram of the screen box can be obtained by static analysis of the key parts of the screen box by ANSYS software and the application of load and constraint. From the results, it can be concluded that the overall structure of the screen box is reasonable and the strength is suitable. The dynamic analysis of the GPS1431 vibrating screen is carried out. In the process of modal analysis, the first 10 vibration modes of the vibrating screen box can be obtained, and the vibration shape of the vibrating screen can be understood. In the process of harmonic response analysis, the deformation, stress and acceleration responses of the screen box at 0-100 Hz frequency can be obtained. According to the results of structural mechanics analysis above, the structure of the vibrating screen box is optimized, and the corresponding vibration pattern and response diagram are obtained. The safety performance and service life of the vibrating screen are higher and longer after the optimized analysis.
