颜料型蓝色中性墨水制备技术研究

【摘要】:中国中性笔生产与销售全球第一,虽是制笔大国但非制笔强国,由于国内对中性墨水研发技术认知的浅薄,高端产品仍依赖进口。因此,加强自主研发、技术创新,对实现中性墨水全面国产化是至关重要的。本文以课题组探究黑色中性墨水经验为基础,先对中性笔及墨水的基础认知、组成部分、实验背景等进行综述,分析现阶段中性墨水研发中重难点:颜料基体系酞菁蓝颗粒分散稳定化、优化体系流变参数以及中性墨水书写性能。蓝色颜料的选择是制备中性墨水的重要步骤,其种类和添加量与酞菁蓝色浆和中性墨水分散稳定性有直接关联。以α和β晶型的酞菁蓝(15、15:1、15:2、15:3、15:4)为着色剂,研究不同类型酞菁蓝色浆体系的粒径分布及分散稳定性。将以上不同类型酞菁蓝色浆进行墨水的调配,研究其书写性能及分散稳定性。同时,综合实验结果,选取性能较佳的酞菁蓝15:3,探究不同添加量与中性墨水的流变参数(表观粘度、触变值、触变环面积及屈服应力)间的关系,考察墨水的分散稳定性。结果表明:以酞菁蓝15:3为着色剂,其添加量为7.5%时,颜料色浆和墨水性能最佳。颜料的分散稳定性很大程度上取决于分散树脂的优选,其不同添加量将直接影响颜料粒径大小及分散与墨水体系稳定性。以色浆和墨水为考察对象,研究不同颜基比对两体系性能的作用。色浆方面,探究不同颜基比下,色浆粒径随研磨时间的变化规律,考察色浆的分散稳定性。墨水方面,探究不同颜基比下,流变参数(表观粘度、触变值)与增稠剂添加量之间的关系。结果表明:颜基比3:1时,色浆与墨水性能最佳。针对全针管型墨水性能的提升,本文在两种影响较高触变值的颜基比的条件下,通过以两种疏水改性丙烯酸碱溶胀型增稠剂复合增稠,研究增稠剂添加量对中性墨水流变参数(触变环面积、屈服应力)的影响。利用高速离心和恒温加热实验,从流变性与粒子分散稳定性两方面探究颜基比与复配增稠剂的最优配比。结果表明:当颜基比3:1,添加w(ALCOGUARD5800)=0.4%和w(T-938)=1.0%复配时,墨水固液分离程度小,微观分散均匀;分散树脂与增稠剂间达到稳定的吸附与脱附动态平衡状态,墨水的稳定性较好。表面活性剂有利于颜料的润湿、分散及改善墨水书写性能。本文以不同HLB值的表面活性剂为实验对象,考察墨水中引入单一和复合表面活性剂不同含量与体系流变参数(表观粘度、触变值)的关系。同时,探究不同种类表面活性剂与稳定化间的作用,建立稳定性与书写性能之间的相关性。结果表明:当墨水体系添加w(OP-7)=0.4%,w(OP-20)=0.4%时,墨水流变性能及书写性能与米库尼相当。
[Abstract]:China's neutral pen production and sales in the world, although a large country, but not pen making power, due to the shallow understanding of neutral ink R & D technology, high-end products still rely on imports. Therefore, strengthen independent research and development. Technical innovation is very important to realize the complete localization of neutral ink. This paper is based on the research of the experience of black neutral ink, first of all, the basic cognition of neutral pen and ink, component. The experimental background and so on were reviewed, and the important difficulties in neutral ink research and development at present were analyzed: dispersion and stabilization of phthalocyanine blue particles in pigment based system. The selection of blue pigment is an important step in the preparation of neutral ink. The species and addition amount of phthalocyanine blue pulp and neutral ink are directly related to the dispersion stability of phthalocyanine blue paste and neutral ink. The coloring agent is 15: 15: 1 15: 2 15: 3 15: 4) of the 伪 and 尾 crystalline forms of phthalocyanine blue. The particle size distribution and dispersion stability of different phthalocyanine blue pulp systems were studied. The ink blending of different phthalocyanine blue pulp was carried out to study its writing performance and dispersion stability. At the same time, the experimental results were synthesized. The optimum phthalocyanine blue (15: 3) was selected to study the relationship between the rheological parameters (apparent viscosity, thixotropic value, thixotropic ring area and yield stress) of neutral ink. The dispersion stability of the ink was investigated. The results showed that when 15: 3 phthalocyanine blue was used as colorant, the addition amount was 7.5%. Pigment pulp and ink properties are the best. The dispersion stability of pigment depends on the selection of disperse resin to a great extent. The particle size and dispersion of pigment and the stability of ink system will be directly affected by the different addition amount of pigment. The effects of different pigment / base ratio on the properties of the two systems were studied. To explore the change of particle size with grinding time under different ratio of face to base, to investigate the dispersion stability of color pulp. In ink, to explore the rheological parameters (apparent viscosity) under different ratio of face to base. The relationship between thixotropic value and thickener content. The results show that the best performance of color paste and ink is obtained when the ratio of face to face is 3: 1. The performance of the whole needle tube ink is improved. In this paper, the rheological parameters of neutral ink (thixotropic ring area) were studied by using two hydrophobic modified acrylic acid base swelling thickening agents under the condition of two kinds of effects of higher thixotropic value on the rheological parameters of neutral ink. By means of high speed centrifugation and constant temperature heating experiments, the optimum ratio of the compound thickener and the ratio of the compound thickener was studied from the aspects of rheology and particle dispersion stability. The results showed that the ratio of the two components was 3: 1. When adding 0.4% of ALCOGUARD5800% and 1.0% of WCT-938C, the solid-liquid separation degree of ink is small and the microcosmic dispersion is uniform. The stable adsorption and desorption dynamic equilibrium state was achieved between disperse resin and thickener, and the stability of ink was good. The surfactant was beneficial to the wetting of pigment. Dispersion and improvement of ink writing performance.
