导电聚合物修饰电极的研究

【摘要】:近年来,导电聚合物在修饰电极、电化学和生物电化学传感器领域获得了广泛的研究和应用。目前,最为环保的导电类聚合物—聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)由于分子结构简单、导电率高、稳定性好和能隙小等优点在众多导电聚合物中脱颖而出,成为上述研究领域的热点之一。本文通过恒电位法将单体3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(EDOT)沉积到碳糊电极表面,制备了 PEDOT修饰碳糊电极并采用红外光谱、交流阻抗、循环伏安等方法对修饰电极进行了表征。结果表明,PEDOT修饰碳糊电极具有较高的电导率、稳定性以及电催化活性。实验中考察了多巴胺(DA)、尿酸(UA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在裸碳糊电极和PEDOT修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为,结果表明,PEDOT修饰碳糊电极因其优异的电催化活性,能够有效区分DA、UA和AA的氧化峰,三者的氧化还原均涉及相同数量的质子和电子转移。在UA和AA同时存在的条件下,PEDOT修饰碳糊能够有效的检测DA的含量。实验分别使用了差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)和计时安培法对DA进行了检测,得到了满意的结果。在优化条件下,利用DPV法对DA的线性检测范围是60μM~1500μM,检测限是0.37μM;采用计时安培法对DA的检测范围是10 μM~1500 μM,检测限为3.44 μM。PEDOT修饰碳糊电极具有易制备、抗干扰、良好的再现性和稳定性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, conducting polymers have been widely studied and applied in the fields of modified electrodes, electrochemical and bioelectrochemical sensors. 4-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) has the advantages of simple molecular structure, high conductivity, good stability and small energy gap. It has become one of the hotspots in the above research field. In this paper, the monomers 3O4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) were deposited on the surface of carbon paste electrode by potentiostatic method. PEDOT modified carbon paste electrode was prepared and characterized by IR, AC impedance and cyclic voltammetry. PEDOT modified carbon paste electrode has high conductivity, stability and electrocatalytic activity. The electrochemical behavior of uric acid (UAA) and ascorbic acid (AA) on bare carbon paste electrode and PEDOT modified carbon paste electrode were studied. The results showed that the modified carbon paste electrode had excellent electrocatalytic activity. The oxidation peaks of DAHUA and AA can be distinguished effectively. The redox of the three involves the same number of protons and electron transfer, under the condition of the existence of UA and AA at the same time. PEDOT modified carbon paste can effectively detect the content of DA. The differential pulse voltammetry and chronoamperometric method were used to detect DA. Under the optimized conditions, the linear detection range of DA by DPV method is 60 渭 m ~ 1500 渭 M, and the detection limit is 0.37 渭 m. The detection range of DA by time-amperometric method is 10 渭 m ~ (-1) 渭 m ~ (-1) 渭 m, and the detection limit is 3.44 渭 M. PEDOT modified carbon paste electrode, which is easy to be prepared and anti-interference. Good reproducibility and stability.
