高价碘试剂参与的钯催化的碳-氢键酯化反应研究

【摘要】:本文分为两个部分,利用高价碘试剂特殊的反应性能实现钯催化碳-氢键酯化反应,使用高价碘试剂同时作为氧化剂和酯化试剂分别实现钯催化的有导向基团和无导向基团的芳烃碳-氢键的酯化反应1.在钯催化下,以二芳甲酸碘苯作为氧化剂和酯化试剂,实现2-苯基吡啶的邻位酯化反应(Scheme 1)。反应采用高价碘试剂同时作为氧化剂和酯化试剂,这使得反应具有良好的原子经济性,且反应条件更为简单。该反应表现出较好的区域选择性和官能团适用性,得到了中等至较高的单取代产物的收率,提供了一种较好的合成芳基酯类化合物的方法。2.我们实现了在钯催化下,加入吡啶作为配体实现无导向基团的芳烃的直接酯化反应(Scheme 2)。反应采用二芳甲酸碘苯作为氧化剂和酯化试剂,反应中吡啶配体的存在可以极大程度上促进催化循环过程从而提高反应活性。反应中高价碘试剂和取代芳烃均具有较好的官能团适用性,为我们通过简单芳烃来合成芳基酯类化合物提供了新的方法。
[Abstract]:This paper is divided into two parts. Palladium catalyzed carbon-hydrogen bond esterification is realized by using the special reaction performance of high valence iodine reagent. The palladium catalyzed esterification of aromatics with and without guided groups was realized by using high valence iodine reagents as oxidants and esterification reagents respectively. 1. Under the catalysis of palladium. The o-position esterification of 2-phenylpyridine was realized by using iodobenzene diarboxylate as oxidant and esterification reagent. The high valence iodine reagent was used as oxidant and esterification reagent. This makes the reaction have good atomic economy, and the reaction conditions are simpler. The reaction shows good regioselectivity and functional applicability, and the yield of monosubstituted products is medium to high. A better method for the synthesis of aryl esters is provided. 2. We have realized the synthesis of aryl esters under the catalysis of palladium. Pyridine was added as ligand to realize direct esterification of aromatics with no guide group. The reaction was carried out with iodizene diarboxylate as oxidant and esterification reagent. The existence of pyridine ligands in the reaction can greatly promote the catalytic cycle process and improve the activity of the reaction. Both the high valence iodine reagent and the substituted aromatics have good functional group applicability in the reaction. It provides a new method for the synthesis of aryl esters by simple aromatics.
