新型水基清蜡剂的研制

【摘要】:延长油田七里村采油厂油井结蜡问题严重,严重影响油井的正常生产,导致油井产量降低,生产成本上升。本文以七里村采油厂不同区块的原油及油井生产过程中析出的蜡作为研究对象。对原油和蜡的物性、蜡、胶质和沥青质含量进行了分析测定,并使用差示扫描量热法测定了原油的析蜡点。实验结果显示:七里村采油厂原油的蜡、胶质含量和析蜡点普遍偏高。针对七里村采油厂原油的特征,筛选清蜡剂所用溶剂和表面活性剂,然后采用均匀实验和正交实验确定了4种水基清蜡剂的配方。其具体组成和性能如下:WPR-Ⅰ:复合有机溶剂(35%)+复合表面活性剂(15%)+互溶剂(5%)+水(45%),清蜡速率可达到0.0436g/min,是SY/T6300-2009《采油用清、防蜡剂技术条件》要求的2.7倍。针对58#石蜡、柴油体系防蜡率可达到43.67%,针对七里村含蜡原油防蜡率可达到43.05%。WPR-Ⅱ:复合有机溶剂(35%)+复合表面活性剂(35%)+互溶剂(5%)+水(25%),清蜡速率可达到0.0449g/min,是清蜡剂指标要求的2.8倍。针对58#石蜡、柴油体系防蜡率可达到42.78%,针对七里村含蜡原油防蜡率可达到42.87%。WPR-Ⅲ:复合有机溶剂(35%)+复合表面活性剂(35%)+互溶剂(10%)+水(20%);清蜡速率可达到0.0421g/min,是清蜡剂指标要求的2.3倍。针对58#石蜡、柴油体系防蜡率可达到47.54%,针对七里村含蜡原油防蜡率可达到43.56%。WPR-Ⅳ:复合有机溶剂(30%)+复合表面活性剂(25%)+互溶剂(15%)+水(30%),清蜡速率可达到0.0466g/min,为清蜡剂指标要求的2.9倍。针对58#石蜡、柴油体系防蜡率可达到47.06%,针对七里村含蜡原油防蜡率可达到45.06%。
[Abstract]:The problem of wax deposit in oil wells of Qilicun Oil production Plant in Yanchang Oilfield is serious, which seriously affects the normal production of oil wells and results in the decrease of oil well production. In this paper, the crude oil in different blocks of Qilicun Oil production Plant and the wax precipitated in the production process of the oil well are taken as the research object. The physical properties of crude oil and wax, the content of wax, colloid and asphaltene are analyzed and measured. The experimental results show that the wax content, colloid content and wax point of crude oil in Qilicun Oil production Plant are generally high.
