民用航空器搜救信息系统研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国空中交通运输需求持续增长,民航各部门保障航空安全的压力日益增加,航空器的不安全事件也时有发生,特别是在民用航空器已经发生事故的情况下,如何高效的展开搜寻救援工作显得非常重要。因此为了避免错过最佳搜寻救援时机,减少失事民用航空器二次事故的发生,论文就民用航空器搜救设施设备配备方法、搜救资源的优化配置、搜救能力评估、搜救信息系统等方面进行了研究,开发实现了集信息整合和信息处理民用航空器搜救信息系统。民用航空器搜救设施设备配备方法研究针对搜救的准备阶段,在深入分析通信、导航、监视设施设备运转方案的基础上,提出了不同搜救地形的设施配备的基本要求。民用航空器搜救资源的优化配置研究是针对搜救的实施阶段,对多资源点和多资源需求点的搜救资源调度、配置的优化问题进行研究,以在救援周期内直升机总效用度最高、总资源配送时间最短及资源满意度最大化作为优化目标,建立多目标整数优化模型,采用遗传算法求解该模型,最后以西南地区为背景进行算例分析验证模型和算法的可靠性。民用航空器搜救能力评估研究针对搜救事后的讲评阶段,在对民用航空器搜寻救援案例及法律法规系统深入分析的基础上,构建了搜寻救援能力的评价指标体系,对民用航空器搜救能力的各指标因素进行量化处理,结合搜寻救援的实际情况,建立基于改进模糊层次分析法的搜寻救援能力评估模型并进行算例分析。最后,民用航空器搜救信息系统在VS2012集成开发环境下,采用C#编程语言,从搜寻救援的行动流程入手,构架了基于面向服务体系结构的系统总体框架,设计开发了包括搜救区域地理信息管理、搜救设施配备、搜救能力评估、搜救资源优化配置、搜救案例管理、搜救预案管理、登录管理和综合查询等系统所需功能模块。该系统应用于搜救民用航空器,提高搜救协同能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous growth of air traffic and transportation demand in China, the pressure on various civil aviation departments to ensure aviation safety is increasing day by day, and the unsafe incidents of aircraft also occur from time to time, especially in the case of civil aircraft accidents. How to carry out the search and rescue work efficiently is very important. Therefore, in order to avoid missing the best search and rescue opportunity and reduce the occurrence of the second accident of the civil aircraft wreck, the paper puts forward the method of equipment equipment for the civil aircraft search and rescue facilities. The optimal allocation of search and rescue resources, the evaluation of search and rescue capability, and the search and rescue information system have been studied. Development and implementation of an information integration and information processing system for civil aircraft search and rescue information. Research on the method of equipment equipping for civil aircraft search and rescue facilities; in the preparation phase of search and rescue, in-depth analysis of communications, navigation, On the basis of the operation plan of the monitoring facilities, the basic requirements of the facilities for different search and rescue terrain are put forward. The research on the optimal allocation of search and rescue resources for civil aircraft is aimed at the stage of the implementation of the search and rescue. This paper studies the optimization of search and rescue resource scheduling and collocation of multi-resource points and multi-resource demand points. The aim of optimization is to maximize the total utility of helicopter, the shortest time of total resource distribution and the maximization of resource satisfaction in the rescue cycle. The multi-objective integer optimization model is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the reliability of the model and algorithm is analyzed and verified with the background of southwest China. Based on the deep analysis of civil aircraft search and rescue cases and laws and regulations system, the evaluation index system of search and rescue capability is constructed, and the quantitative treatment of each index factor of civil aircraft search and rescue capability is carried out. Combined with the actual situation of search and rescue, the evaluation model of search and rescue capability based on improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established and an example is analyzed. Finally, the civil aircraft search and rescue information system adopts C # programming language under the environment of VS2012 integrated development. Starting with the operation flow of search and rescue, this paper constructs the general framework of the system based on the service-oriented architecture, designs and develops the system, including the regional geographic information management of search and rescue, the equipment of search and rescue facilities, the evaluation of search and rescue capability, and the optimal allocation of search and rescue resources. Search and rescue case management, search and rescue plan management, login management and comprehensive query system. The system is applied to search and rescue civil aircraft, improve the ability of search and rescue cooperation.
