某烟草原料配方立体仓库堆垛机和AGV输送系统联合调度作业研究

【摘要】:烟草原料配方立体仓库在烟草制造企业中占了一个很重要的位置,它是实现烟包批次管理、排料安排、紧急补料、烟包仓储的场地,主要作用是满足制丝线的烟包需求。文章将根据某烟草制造企业中的原料配方立体仓库的运行情况和竞争对手的生产管理经验,通过联合调度的方法来解决该原料配方立体仓库中的堆垛机和AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)输送系统烟包积压问题。文章中先对该原料配方立体仓库的堆垛机和AGV输送系统作业各自的出入库作业能力进行计算分析,找出是由于堆垛机和AGV输送系统中的主要设备AGV和堆垛机作业效率不匹配而导致烟包积压。本文从立库整体运行、AGV输送系统和堆垛机作业三个方面来阐述烟包积压产生的原因,其中对影响AGV输送系统的作业效率的因素进行分析并对其加以改善;堆垛机作业过程中主要分析它的作业形式和停靠点单一,将单一作业调整为复合作业形式,对停靠点进行优化选择,来适应AGV输送系统的工作效率和降低能源损耗情况;在分析完两个子系统的作业时间后,在联合顺序调度的约束下建立堆垛机和AGV输送系统联合调度作业时间模型,实现堆垛机和AGV输送系统的联合调度作业,最后通过仿真实验验证优化效果。运用eM-Plant仿真软件,对该立库中堆垛机和AGV输送系统联合调度作业进行仿真分析。基于某原料配方立库的整体布局,建立立体仓库虚拟模型,包括立体仓库中的各主要物流设备的动态特征和静态特征,在仿真钟的推进下确定立库的运行时间和仿真策略。在输入遗传算法中的数据后,对比优化前后出入库AGV和堆垛机的利用效率和作业时间以及出入库缓冲区烟包积压状况,来证明本文关于某原料配方立库的优化是可行的,并能为烟草制造企业提供理论支持。
[Abstract]:The tobacco raw material formula warehouse occupies a very important position in the tobacco manufacturing enterprise. It is the place to realize the batch management, discharge arrangement, emergency recharge and storage of the cigarette packet. The main function is to meet the needs of tobacco package. According to the operation of the raw material formula warehouse in a tobacco manufacturing enterprise and the production management experience of the competitors, The problem of stacker and AGV(Automated Guided vehicle in the stacker and AGV(Automated Guided vehicle transportation system is solved by the method of joint dispatch. In this paper, the stacker and the AGV conveying system of the raw material formula stereo warehouse are analyzed. The ability to work out and out of the storehouse is calculated and analyzed. It is found out that the stack stack is caused by the mismatch of the efficiency of the main equipment AGV and the stacker crane in the stacker and AGV conveying system. This paper expounds the reasons of the smoke pack backlog from the three aspects of the whole running of the vertical storehouse and the stacker operation. The factors that affect the efficiency of AGV conveying system are analyzed and improved. In the process of stacker operation, the single operation form and docking point are analyzed, and the single operation is adjusted to compound operation form. The docking points are optimized to adapt to the efficiency of the AGV transportation system and reduce the energy loss. After analyzing the operating time of the two subsystems, the operation time of the two subsystems is analyzed. Under the constraint of joint sequential scheduling, the combined scheduling time model of stacker and AGV transportation system is established, and the joint scheduling of stacker and AGV transportation system is realized. Finally, the optimization effect is verified by simulation experiment. EM-Plant simulation software is used. The simulation analysis of the joint dispatching operation of stacker and AGV transportation system is carried out. Based on the overall layout of a raw material formula storehouse, the virtual model of the three-dimensional warehouse is established. Including the dynamic and static characteristics of the main logistics equipment in the stereoscopic warehouse, the running time and the simulation strategy of the vertical warehouse are determined under the advance of the simulation clock. After input of the data in the genetic algorithm, By comparing the utilization efficiency and working time of AGV and stacker before and after the optimization, as well as the storage buffer cigarette pack backlog, it is proved that the optimization of a raw material formula storehouse in this paper is feasible, and it can provide theoretical support for tobacco manufacturing enterprises.
