刮板输送机减速箱箱体有限元分析

【摘要】:刮板输送机作为煤机综采装备重要组成之一,其工作性能、使用寿命等因素直接影响着煤矿高效生产。应用于刮板输送机驱动环节中的可控启动装置(controlled start transmission),具有空载启动、卡链保护和软启动等功能,解决了刮板输送机启动困难、冲击载荷大等问题。箱体作为CST主要支撑和减振部件,力学特性的好坏直接影响CST的技术性能和使用寿命。因此,有必要对CST齿轮箱箱体进行有限元分析。首先,通过网格划分、设置边界条件建立箱体有限元模型。同时,基于多体动力学理论,利用Adams软件建立CST齿轮传动系统虚拟样机模型并进行动力学仿真,获得了箱体各轴承座处的支反力,作为后续箱体的静、动力学分析的载荷数据。其次,基于有限元分析理论,对所建箱体模型进行静力学分析,得到最大输出扭矩工况下箱体最大应力61.86MPa、位移0.14mm,小于箱体许用抗拉强度,表明箱体具有足够的强度。此外,对箱体展开模态分析,获得前30阶自由模态和约束模态固有频率,确定了箱体共振下易发生疲劳破坏的部位;对箱体进行瞬态动力学仿真,得到动态应力曲线,其均值与静力学分析结果接近,波动趋势与负载变化一致。最后,搭建了CST齿轮箱动态特性试验台,并测量额定工况下箱体的应力和振动加速度数据,得到了箱体振动和动态响应特性,将应力仿真结果与试验数据、箱体固有频率和箱体振动频率进行对比分析。结果表明,所建箱体有限元模型能准确的表现出箱体的受力情况,同时可以较好的反映齿轮箱的动态特性,可为齿轮箱的工程实际应用提供一定的依据。
[Abstract]:As one of the important components of fully mechanized coal mining equipment, scraper conveyer has a direct impact on the high efficiency production of coal mine, such as its working performance and service life. The functions of chain protection and soft start solve the problems of scraper conveyor such as difficult starting and large impact load. As the main support and damping component of CST, the mechanical properties of the box directly affect the technical performance and service life of CST. It is necessary to analyze the CST gearbox box by finite element method. Firstly, the finite element model of the CST gearbox box is established by meshing and the boundary conditions are set up. At the same time, based on the theory of multi-body dynamics, The virtual prototype model of CST gear transmission system is established by using Adams software, and the dynamic simulation is carried out, and the supporting reaction force at each bearing seat of the box is obtained as the load data of the static and dynamic analysis of the subsequent box body. Secondly, based on the finite element analysis theory, the dynamic and static load data of the box are obtained. By static analysis of the model, the maximum stress of the box under maximum output torque is 61.86 MPa and the displacement is 0.14 mm, which is less than the allowable tensile strength of the box, which indicates that the box has sufficient strength. In addition, the modal analysis of the box is carried out. The natural frequencies of the first 30 free modes and constrained modes are obtained, and the position of fatigue failure is determined under the box resonance. The dynamic stress curve is obtained by the transient dynamic simulation of the box, and the mean value is close to that of the static analysis. The fluctuation trend is consistent with the load change. Finally, the dynamic characteristic test bed of CST gearbox is built, and the stress and vibration acceleration data of the box under rated working condition are measured, and the vibration and dynamic response characteristics of the box are obtained. The stress simulation results are compared with the experimental data, the natural frequency and vibration frequency of the box. The results show that the finite element model of the box body can accurately show the stress situation of the box body. At the same time, it can better reflect the dynamic characteristics of the gearbox, and provide a certain basis for the engineering application of the gearbox.
