基于喷墨打印的石墨烯墨水制备及其图案化应用研究

【摘要】:压电喷墨打印技术具备无需制版,避免基底材料损伤和加工精度高等优势,成为印刷电子领域中研究较多的印刷方式之一。然而应用于压电喷墨的墨水普遍有稳定性不好和成本较高等缺陷,限制了压电喷墨技术的应用。石墨烯具有优异的机械、光电性能,逐渐成为印刷电子研究的热点。本论文首先基于液相剥离方式优化制备了满足喷墨印刷电子要求的高浓度石墨烯分散液;通过调整其Z值获得具备良好墨滴喷射形态的打印墨水;通过控制打印参数优化了喷墨打印的图案化过程,并将其应用于透明导电薄膜的制备。主要内容包括:首先结合喷墨打印对溶剂型墨水的黏度、表面张力等印刷适性要求,选择液相剥离制备的方法,并分析了影响石墨烯浓度和结构的因素。通过改变剥离实验中的剥离溶剂、石墨粉润湿条件、剥离功率和剥离时间等条件制备石墨烯分散液。结果表明使用氮甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂,与石墨粉混合溶液浓度为8mg/ml时,在反应釜中160℃下加热5h后,然后进行16h时长,功率为40W的剥离实验,最终所得样品的浓度达到0.3mg/ml,该样品无需附加提纯工序可直接应用于喷墨墨水的配制。其次在打印墨水的配制过程中,喷墨打印的Z值范围决定了墨水能否稳定、持续地形成墨滴,由于所制得分散液的Z值不在最佳范围。为了获得良好的墨滴喷射形态,结合Z值公式向墨水中加入乙二醇对喷墨打印的Z值进行了调整。分别测试不同乙二醇配比墨水的密度、黏度值以及表面张力值,计算墨水的Z值。使用Fujifilm DMP 2800打印机来观察不同Z值墨水的墨滴喷射形态,结果表明添加20%乙二醇的墨水墨滴喷射形态良好。此外经测试该墨水的浓度为0.27mg/ml,分散性和稳定性良好,可应用于喷墨打印图案化。最后针对喷墨打印图案化过程中,柔性基底墨水成膜不均匀,叠印条件研究不足等问题进行了探索。分别测试Epson ME-10打印机的分辨率设置,承印基底和墨水的表面张力关系以及叠印时机、方式、次数的设置等条件对印后墨膜厚度、均匀程度的影响。结果表明在PET基底墨水有较好润湿性,当设置为最高分辨率时,待前一次墨迹彻底干燥后再进行打印,然后采用"错位交叉"的叠印方式,重复进行12次后可获得更均匀的薄膜样品。经测试打印在PET底基的薄膜其透明度要优于ITO,在ITO基底的石墨烯薄膜可以有效改善ITO的机械电学性能。
[Abstract]:Piezoelectric inkjet printing technology has become one of the most researched printing methods in the field of printing and electronics because of its advantages such as avoiding the damage of substrate material and high machining precision.However, the application of piezoelectric ink jet technology is limited because of its poor stability and high cost.Graphene, with its excellent mechanical and photoelectric properties, has gradually become a hot spot in the field of printing electronics.In this paper, the high concentration graphene dispersions which meet the electronic requirements of ink jet printing were prepared based on the liquid stripping method, and the printing ink with good droplet spray morphology was obtained by adjusting the Z value of the dispersion solution.The patterning process of ink jet printing was optimized by controlling the printing parameters and applied to the preparation of transparent conductive film.The main contents are as follows: firstly, according to the requirements of ink jet printing on the viscosity and surface tension of solvent ink, the liquid phase peeling method is selected, and the factors affecting the concentration and structure of graphene are analyzed.Graphene dispersions were prepared by changing the stripping solvent, the wetting conditions of graphite powder, the stripping power and the peeling time.The results showed that when the concentration of nitromethyl pyrrolidone and graphite powder was 8mg/ml, the stripping experiment was carried out at 160 鈩,
