复配生物农药(Tr8和B67)水分散粒剂研制

【摘要】:为明确枯草芽孢杆菌B 67对黄瓜幼苗生长发育影响。我们采用水培法和Spot比色法,分别探究不同浓度枯草芽孢杆菌对黄瓜苗期地上部(平均直径、茎长、干重、鲜重)、地下部(根长、根表面积、根体积、根平均直径、须根数、根鲜重和干重)、根冠比的影响以及B 67菌液中生长素浓度的含量。浓度为20%枯草芽孢菌液2处理次的黄瓜幼苗长势良好,处理后21天平均直径4.88 mm,株高11.15 cm,根长21.65 cm,根冠比0.94,与各处理结果均差异显著,B67菌液中生长素含量约为8.42ppm。不同浓度B67菌液对黄瓜苗期促生作用呈正态分布,浓度为20%枯草芽孢杆菌B 67菌液,施药2次(间隔期7 d)促生效果最佳,为指导B 67菌液在肥料中添加及创制新型农药提供理论依据。健根宝粉剂是沈阳农业大学生物农药工程中心自主研发,由绿色木霉菌Tr8和枯草芽孢杆菌B67复配而成新型生物制剂。为将其制成对环境友好的水分散粒剂,对不同的载体、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、粘结剂进行筛选根据B67和Tr8对不同载体、助剂生物相相容性以及其质量参数的影响,筛选出最佳配方为润湿剂:皂角粉;分散剂:羧甲基纤维素钠;崩解剂:羧甲基淀粉钠;粘结剂:聚乙二醇4000,含量分别为4%、5%、3%、4%,载体为硅藻土补足100%。按照国家对农药剂型的检测标准,经检测,健根宝水分散粒剂产品的含孢量约5.31×108/g,含菌量约1.60×1010cfu,润湿时间约为24s,悬浮率约为83.25%,崩解时间约为81.91s,含水量约为1.5%,pH约为6.50,各项指标均符合国家标准。初步明确健根宝水分散粒剂的防治效果,按照药土比1:50进行室内试验,由试验结果可知,第一次施药后14天的防治效果为75.02%,第二次施药后14d的防治效果为65.95%,,健根宝水分散粒剂对黄瓜枯萎病防治效果较好且防效要显著高于其试验组,可以用预防控制黄瓜枯萎病的发生。
[Abstract]:To determine the effect of Bacillus subtilis B 67 on the growth and development of cucumber seedlings. We studied the effects of Bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis) at different concentrations on shoot (mean diameter, stem length, dry weight, fresh weight, underground part (root length, root surface area, root volume, root average diameter, fibrous root number) of cucumber seedlings by water culture and Spot colorimetry, respectively. The effects of fresh and dry weight of root, the ratio of root to shoot and the content of auxin in B67 liquid. The cucumber seedlings treated with 20% Bacillus subtilis solution for 2 times had a good growth. The average diameter, plant height, root length and shoot ratio were 4.88 mm, 11.15 cm, 21.65 cm and 0.94, respectively. The content of auxin in the solution was about 8.42 ppm. The effects of different concentrations of B67 bacteria on the growth of cucumber seedlings were normal distribution, the concentration of 20% Bacillus subtilis B67 was 20%, and the best effect was 2 times (interval 7 days). It provides theoretical basis for adding and creating new pesticide in fertilizer. Jiangenbao powder was developed by Shenyang Agricultural University Biopesticide Engineering Center. It was prepared from Trichoderma viride (Tr8) and Bacillus subtilis B67 (Bacillus subtilis). In order to prepare water dispersible particles that are friendly to the environment, different carriers, dispersants, wetting agents, disintegrants and binders were selected according to the effects of B67 and Tr8 on the biocompatibility and quality parameters of different carriers and auxiliaries. The best formula was selected as wetting agent: soap powder; dispersant: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; disintegrating agent: sodium carboxymethyl starch; binder: polyethylene glycol 4000. In accordance with the national standards for the detection of pesticide formulations, The spore content, bacteria content, wetting time, suspension rate, disintegration time and pH value of Jiangenbao water dispersible granules were about 5.31 脳 108 / g, 1.60 脳 10 ~ (10) c / g, 24 s, 83.25 s, 81.91 s and 6.50, respectively. The control effect of Jiangenbao water dispersible granule was preliminarily determined, and the laboratory test was carried out according to the ratio of medicine to soil at 1:50. The effect of Jiangenbao water dispersible granule on the control of cucumber wilt was better and the control effect was significantly higher than that of the experimental group. It can be used to prevent and control cucumber wilt.
