多孔介质中聚合物溶液的流变性研究

【摘要】:在聚合物驱中,聚合物溶液的地下黏度是开发方案设计、动态预测以及数值模拟最为基本的输入参数。多孔介质中聚合物溶液的流变性研究是正确地进行聚合物驱油藏工程计算与分析、并指导矿场试验的前提和基础。因此,本文选取具有代表性的两种聚合物:HPAM与P5,以实验手段研究HPAM与P5溶液在模拟胜利油田油藏条件下的宏观流变性以及多孔介质中的流变性;同时,采用三维物理模拟平板模型,研究HPAM溶液在多孔介质中的流变性与驱油效果的关系。通过本文研究,可以为聚合物驱油方案设计及现场应用提供理论和实验基础。论文取得了以下研究成果:(1)模拟胜利油田油藏高温高矿化度油藏条件,开展HPAM与P5溶液的宏观流变性研究,结果表明:在85℃及常温条件下P5溶液的增黏能力强于HPAM溶液;随浓度增加,P5溶液黏度逐渐上升,当浓度达到2000mg/L时,黏度急剧上升,而HPAM溶液的黏度则随浓度增加基本呈现线性增加的趋势。同时,通过幂律模型对HPAM溶液的剪切流变实验数据进行拟合,得到幂律因子与稠度系数。两种聚合物溶液的幂律因子都小于1,为非牛顿流体。稠度系数随聚合物溶液浓度增加而增大,增黏能力提高。(2)动态黏弹性研究结果表明:HPAM与P5溶液的储能模量和耗能模量随频率与浓度的增加而增加,且在实验浓度及频率范围内,耗能模量始终大于储能模量,聚合物溶液在外界应力作用下能量损耗更大。而当P5溶液浓度达到2500mg/L时,P5溶液的储能模量超过了耗能模量,溶液以弹性为主。(3)在聚合物溶液流变性及动态黏弹性研究的基础上,实验研究了 HPAM与P5溶液在1.5D与3D左右多孔介质中的流变性,研究结果表明:在多孔介质中,P5溶液的渗流阻力大于HPAM溶液,低渗透多孔介质中聚合物溶液的渗流阻力更大。P5溶液的阻力系数随流速增加基本呈现下降的趋势,但在部分浓度下,阻力系数出现了先下降再升高,最后下降的趋势;HPAM溶液在流速增加的过程中,阻力系数基本呈现下降趋势,而当浓度为1000mg/L与2500mg/L的HPAM溶液在渗透率为1.5D的多孔介质中渗流时,低注入流量下的HPAM溶液的阻力系数随流速增加而增加。无论是P5还是HPAM溶液,残余阻力系数都随注入流量的增加先增加后降低;且在整个注入流量范围内,P5溶液的残余阻力系数值始终高于HPAM溶液。(4)在三维物理模拟模型中驱油时,当注入流体流速由1mL/min提高至2mL/min时,聚合物驱阶段含水率开始急剧下降的点提前,最低含水率升高至85.48%,聚合物驱阶段采收率下降至3.32%;在高注入流量下,HPAM溶液的阻力系数下降,流度控制能力减弱,波及体积减小,说明多孔介质中聚合物溶液的流变性与驱油效果密切相关。
[Abstract]:In polymer flooding, the underground viscosity of polymer solution is the most basic input parameter of development scheme design, dynamic prediction and numerical simulation. The study of rheological properties of polymer solution in porous media is the premise and foundation of correct calculation and analysis of polymer flooding reservoir engineering and guidance of field test. Therefore, the macrorheological properties and rheological properties of HPAM and P5 solutions in simulated Shengli oil reservoir were studied by means of experiments, and the rheological properties of porous media were studied by using two representative polymers: HPAM and P5. The relationship between the rheological properties of HPAM solution in porous media and the oil displacement effect was studied by using a three dimensional physical simulation plate model. The research in this paper can provide theoretical and experimental basis for polymer flooding scheme design and field application. In this paper, the following research results are obtained: 1) simulating the reservoir conditions of high temperature and high salinity in Shengli Oilfield, and studying the macroscopic rheological properties of HPAM and P5 solutions.
