基于脚部生理及物理特征的跑步袜开发

【摘要】:为了科学的设计出高性能跑步袜的功能结构,就必须了解人体脚部静态和动态下的生理及物理特征。为此本文展开了一系列的实验研究,并最终设计出功能性跑步袜的产品方案。主要研究步骤是:1)通过文献研究法了解足部在跑步运动中的运动特征及损伤类型;2)通过文献研究法分析人体在跑步运动过程中足部肌肉、关节、足底压力及温度的变化特点;3)通过测量实验对象下肢网格长度,获取足部在不同运动姿势下的体表变化,发现距骨和胫骨折叠处、后跟韧带两侧部位的伸缩变化较大;4)通过实验法研究跑步时足部的热湿变化规律,发现足掌内侧的温湿度要高于外侧,前足掌内侧和中足掌内侧是发热出汗最多的区域,并归纳出足部热湿功能分区;5)以跑步状态下足部的生理及物理特征为基础,结合基础样板,完成高性能跑步袜的款式设计和制作;6)通过主观评价来验证高性能跑步袜能够满足穿着舒适度、吸湿排汗、稳定肌肉、减少运动损伤等需求。
[Abstract]:In order to scientifically design the functional structure of high performance running socks, it is necessary to understand the physiological and physical characteristics of human feet under static and dynamic conditions. In this paper, a series of experimental studies were carried out, and finally the product scheme of functional running socks was designed. The main research steps are: (1) to understand the movement characteristics and injury types of foot in running by literature research) to analyze the muscles and joints of feet during running by literature research. The variation of plantar pressure and temperature (3) by measuring the length of the lower extremity grid, the surface changes of the foot in different motion positions were obtained, and the fold of the talus and tibia was found. Through the experimental study of the heat and humidity changes of the foot during running, it was found that the temperature and humidity of the medial metacarpal of the foot were higher than those of the outside, and the medial and medial of the forefoot and the medial of the middle metacarpal were the areas with the most fever and sweating. And induces the foot heat and humidity function partition 5) based on the physiological and physical characteristics of the foot under the running state, combined with the basic model, The design and manufacture of high performance running socks are completed. Through subjective evaluation, it is verified that high performance running socks can meet the requirements of wearing comfort, absorbing moisture and sweating, stabilizing muscles and reducing sports injury.
