基于操作行为分析的电动工具设计研究

【摘要】:我国电动工具企业众多,目前随着社会的发展消费群体逐渐出现分化,而国内电动工具产品设计定位目标用户也出现多样化的趋势。3D打印等新技术的出现也使未来产品设计向定制化发展,目前电动工具的人群定位相对单一,大多数企业是借鉴国外畅销单品,寻求低价位低成本定位使产品造型趋同严重,这显然不利于企业的长期发展。国外市场的消费人群定位十分全面,而国内目前主要是针对专业工人生产的产品,作为使用工具用户和企业对于产品价格和使用功能的关注高于造型美学,忽视了用户的心理需求。造型设计是技术与美学的和谐统一,手握式电动工具的造型设计同时涉及技术、美学和人机工程等各种因素,是企业提升产品价值的重要突破口。我国电动工具产业急需发展自己的品牌形象,提高产品造型设计,针对不同适用人群开发中高端电动工具。由于手握式电动工具的造型设计涉及到人机工学,决定了产品的易用性以及使用者长时间使用对于手部的劳损,功能和造型是相辅相成的,用户也愿意为产品造型好的产品买单。针对目前国内市场上角向磨光机造型趋同化的问题,通过分析产品造型设计要素与用户的关系,借鉴国外优秀案例分析了电动工具造型设计的优缺点,提出一种新的设计方法程序对角向磨光机造型进行改良设计以开发新市场。在大众创业及手工坊兴起背景下,首先基于产品造型、功能、美学和语意分析通过一体化新产品开发定性分析确定了产品设计方向,然后结合语义差分法定量分析了新用户群体对于电动工具造型设计的需求与感性意象,并根据分析结果进行角向磨光机造型设计。设计实践中将iNPD方法作为研究设计方法的主线,首先分析现有产品设计定位和SETC因素,识别产品机会缺口;然后深入了解目标用户群体的需求、喜好、经济能力和价值机会,理解产品机遇;进而分析产品造型设计美学特征结合时代发展趋势为造型设计提供参考;最后结合SD法对用户需求进行定量分析,建立意向词汇与造型之间的映射关系以指导造型设计。最后根据设计方案与样本的雷达图比对验证了产品方案与目标用户需求的一致性。通过SETC因素(即社会、经济、技术、文化四个因素)分析发现近年国内经济发展中兴起的大众创业群体、手工工作坊等形式的产业模式也为电动工具的使用提供了新的市场。电动工具逐渐从专业人员向非专业、个性化发展,出现了新的社会需求。并且借助中西差异化的造型美学塑造不同的产品形象。文中第六章对设计程序的实践成功塑造了中国美学以静为美的产品意象,为相关产品的造型设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:There are many electric tools enterprises in our country. At present, with the development of the society, the consumer groups gradually appear to be divided. However, the emergence of new technologies, such as diversified trends, such as 3D printing and so on, in the design and positioning of electric tools in China has also made the future product design more customizable. At present, the population positioning of electric tools is relatively single. Most enterprises draw lessons from foreign best-selling products and seek low price and low cost to make product modeling more similar, which is obviously not conducive to the long-term development of enterprises. The orientation of the consumer population in the foreign market is very comprehensive. At present, the domestic products are mainly aimed at professional workers. As a tool of use, users and enterprises pay more attention to the price and function of the products than to the aesthetics of modeling. Ignore the psychological needs of users. Modeling design is a harmonious unity of technology and aesthetics. The styling design of hand-held electric tools involves various factors such as technology, aesthetics and ergonomics. It is an important breakthrough for enterprises to promote the value of products. China's electric tools industry urgently needs to develop its own brand image, improve product modeling design, for different groups of people to develop high-end electric tools. The styling design of hand-held electric tools involves ergonomics, which determines the ease of use of the products and the fatigue of the hands when the users use them for a long time. The functions and shapes complement each other. Users are also willing to pay for products with good shape. Aiming at the problem of convergent modeling of the upper corner polishing machine in the domestic market at present, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the modeling design of electric tools by analyzing the relationship between the elements of product modeling design and the users, and referring to the excellent cases of foreign countries. A new design method program is proposed to improve the shape of angle grinder in order to develop new market. In the context of mass entrepreneurship and the rise of handicrafts, the direction of product design is first determined by qualitative analysis of integrated new product development based on product modeling, function, aesthetics and semantic analysis. Based on the semantic difference method, the requirements and perceptual images of the new user group for the modeling design of electric tools are quantitatively analyzed, and the modeling design of the angular polishing machine is carried out according to the analysis results. In the design practice, iNPD method is regarded as the main line of the research and design method. Firstly, we analyze the existing product design orientation and SETC factors, identify the product opportunity gap, and then deeply understand the needs, preferences, economic ability and value opportunities of the target user group. Understanding product opportunities; then analyzing the aesthetic features of product modeling design combined with the trend of development of the times to provide a reference for modeling design; finally combining with the SD method to quantitative analysis of user needs, The mapping relationship between intention vocabulary and modeling is established to guide modeling design. Finally, the consistency between the product scheme and the target user requirements is verified by comparing the design scheme with the radar map of the sample. Through the analysis of SETC factors (i.e. social, economic, technological and cultural factors), it is found that the industrial model of mass entrepreneurship group and manual workshop, which has emerged in recent years, also provides a new market for the use of electric tools. The development of electric tools from non-professional to non-professional and individualized has brought about new social demands. And with the help of Chinese and Western differences in modeling aesthetics to shape different product images. The sixth chapter successfully molds the product image of Chinese aesthetics which regards static as beauty and provides reference for the modeling design of related products.
