数码喷墨印花预处理研究

【摘要】:本文通过在棉、羊毛和涤纶织物上直接喷印不同宽度的线条,考察墨水在三种纤维织物渗化行为。结果表明,墨水的渗化行为主要是由毛细效应造成,而毛细效应主要受墨量、纤维的表面张力和驻留能力影响。墨量越大,墨水在织物上的渗化程度越大。当墨量较小时,纤维的表面张力对墨水的渗化行为起主导作用,纤维表面张力较小,墨水较难润湿纤维表面,此时毛细效应弱,墨水在织物上的渗化程度小;当墨量较大时,纤维的驻留能力起主导作用,驻留能力大,纤维能够容纳部分墨水,使参与渗化的墨水减少,导致渗化程度减小。在棉和羊毛织物的数码喷墨印花中,对比不同预处理方式织物对墨水渗化和印花颜色的影响。结果表明,织物使用海藻酸钠预处理后,表面会覆盖一层海藻酸钠浆料膜。在喷印时,由于浆料膜的存在部分墨水没有渗透到织物表面而停留在浆料膜表面,当汽蒸时浆料膜会吸收水分,使这部分的墨水在浆料膜表面重新溶解,发生泳移,结果导致渗化程度增大。然而海藻酸钠浆料膜能够减少墨水的渗透,使更多的墨水与织物表面的纤维接触固色,印花图案颜色加深。对于涤纶织物的直接喷墨印花,研究了预处理液中TG-1和PTF对墨水渗化的影响。结果表明,预处理液中TG-1能够有效阻止墨水渗化。随着TG-1浓度的增加,其防渗化能力越强,当质量比增加超过0.5%时,其防渗化能力基本上不增加。PTF在预处理液中主要为刮印提供适当的粘度,同时改善墨水的铺展。预处理液最佳的配方:0.5%TG-1和1.5%PTF。该预处理并没有影响分散墨水的上染,且颜色稍微加深,但干湿摩擦牢度各下降一级。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the permeation behavior of ink in three kinds of fiber fabrics was investigated by direct spray printing of different width lines on cotton, wool and polyester fabrics. The results show that the permeation behavior of ink is mainly caused by capillary effect, while the capillary effect is mainly affected by the amount of ink, the surface tension and the staying capacity of fiber. The greater the amount of ink, the greater the infiltration of ink on the fabric. When the amount of ink is small, the surface tension of fiber plays a leading role in the permeation behavior of ink, the surface tension of fiber is smaller, the ink is difficult to wet the surface of fiber, at this time, the capillary effect is weak, and the infiltration degree of ink on fabric is small; when the amount of ink is larger, The resident ability of fiber plays a leading role, and the fiber can hold some ink, so that the ink involved in infiltration is reduced and the degree of infiltration is reduced. In the digital ink jet printing of cotton and wool fabrics, the effects of different pretreatment methods on ink permeation and printing color were compared. The results show that after pretreatment with sodium alginate, the fabric surface will be covered with sodium alginate slurry film. During spray printing, due to the presence of the sizing film, part of the ink does not penetrate the fabric surface and stays on the size film surface. When steaming, the size film absorbs moisture, which causes this part of the ink to dissolve again on the size film surface, and the migration occurs. As a result, the degree of infiltration increases. However, sodium alginate slurry film can reduce the penetration of ink, make more ink contact with the fabric surface fiber fixation, printing pattern color deepening. The effect of TG-1 and PTF in pretreatment solution on ink permeation was studied for direct ink jet printing of polyester fabric. The results show that TG-1 can effectively prevent ink permeation. With the increase of TG-1 concentration, the anti-seepage ability of TG-1 is stronger. When the mass ratio of TG-1 is higher than 0.5, the anti-seepage ability does not increase basically. PTF mainly provides proper viscosity for scrape printing in the pretreatment solution, and improves the spread of ink at the same time. The best formula of pretreatment solution is 0.5 TG-1 and 1.5PTF. The pretreatment did not affect the dyeing of disperse ink, and the color increased slightly, but the dry and wet rubbing fastness decreased by one order.
