基于感性工学的某数控机床人机界面改善研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着数控技术的飞速发展,数控机床已经逐渐成为现代机床产业的主流产品以及装备制造业的核心,并受到了国内外诸多制造企业的高度重视。然而,很多数控机床由于在设计过程中没有很好地考虑到人的情感因素,因而导致其人机界面设计不够合理,操作过程复杂繁琐,严重影响了机床的安全性、舒适性以及操作效率。因此,用户的情感在数控机床的人机界面设计中扮演了越来越重要的角色,机床的设计人员应该坚持“以人为中心”的设计理念来开发和研制新产品以及对现有产品人机界面的不合理之处进行改善,并对改善方案进行评价和反馈,以提高数控机床的宜人性。只有这样,才能提高数控机床的品质以及市场竞争力。首先,本文对人机界面设计以及感性工学的相关理论进行了梳理,为之后对数控机床的人机界面进行改善,以及对改善的效果进行评价提供了理论基础。其次,本文以某型号数控车床为研究对象,对其功能和特点进行了总结。运用眼动实验以及人因工程学的相关知识对该款数控车床人机界面设计中存在的问题以及不合理之处进行识别,然后运用人机界面设计的知识和理论针对上述问题进行改善,以提高该数控车床人机界面的宜人性,并设计出最终控制面板的改善方案。最后,将感性工学生理学测量方法中的视线追踪法以及心理学测量方法中的语义差分法相结合,对该数控车床人机界面的改善效果进行评价。使用SPSS数据统计软件对实验和调查数据进行分析和处理,以判断本次改善是否取得了较好的效果。不仅如此,本文还将两种评价方法进行了横向比较,判断两种评价方法所取得的结果是否一致,并分析出两者评价结果之间的关联性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of numerical control technology, CNC machine tools have gradually become the mainstream products of the modern machine tool industry and the core of the equipment manufacturing industry, and have been highly valued by many manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad. However, because many NC machine tools do not take human emotion into account in the design process, the design of man-machine interface is not reasonable, and the operation process is complicated and complicated, which seriously affects the safety of the machine tool. Comfort and operating efficiency. Therefore, the user's emotion plays a more and more important role in the human-machine interface design of CNC machine tools. The designers of machine tools should adhere to the "human-centered" design concept to develop and develop new products and improve the unreasonableness of the existing products' man-machine interface, and evaluate and feedback the improvement schemes. In order to improve the human nature of numerical control machine tools. Only in this way, can improve the quality of CNC machine tools and market competitiveness. Firstly, this paper combs the related theories of human-machine interface design and perceptual engineering, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the man-machine interface of CNC machine tools and evaluating the effect of the improvement. Secondly, this paper summarizes the function and characteristics of a numerical control lathe. The problems and unreasonableness in the design of the man-machine interface of the NC lathe are identified by using the eye movement experiment and the related knowledge of human factor engineering, and then the knowledge and theory of the man-machine interface design are used to improve the above problems. In order to improve the human nature of the man-machine interface of the CNC lathe, the improvement scheme of the final control panel is designed. Finally, combining the line-of-sight tracing method in the perceptual engineering physiology measurement method and the semantic difference method in the psychological measurement method, the improvement effect of the man-machine interface of the NC lathe is evaluated. The SPSS data statistic software is used to analyze and process the experimental and survey data to judge whether the improvement has achieved better results. Moreover, the two evaluation methods are compared horizontally to determine whether the results obtained by the two evaluation methods are the same or not, and to analyze the correlation between the two evaluation results.
