S型气溶胶灭火剂烟气扩散规律及灭火效率研究

【摘要】:为了更好的熄灭火灾,提高灭火效率,本文采用单一变量法和正交试验法对S型气溶胶灭火剂配方进行优化。并对优化后的配方进行性能测试,主要包括灭火性能、燃烧性能和安全及贮存性能。并对其影响因素对灭火时间的影响进行分析,主要研究了以下六个方面:空间位置、灭火剂用量、灭火剂用量分配、油池直径大小、温度和湿度。研究了一种智能灭火装置与之联用,可以实现自动化灭火。另外,运用FDS仿真软件对S型气溶胶灭火剂的烟气扩散规律进行研究。得到以下结论:(1)采用正交试验方法确定粘合剂和调节剂的比重,对硝酸锶和硝酸钾比例进行一系列实验,加入降温物质进行实验,确定试验配方为硝酸锶40%,硝酸钾27%,双氰胺26%,酚醛树脂3%,镁粉1%,六次甲基四胺1%,草酸钾2%。(2)铜片失重率0.059%,铝片失重率0.307%,得出配方的抗腐蚀性能很好。固体沉降物进行绝缘性能测试结果125MΩ,绝缘性能良好。红外测温最高燃烧温度不到600℃,温度远低于国标。摩擦感度、撞击感度、热安定性测试均为零,没有任何发光发烟现象。分别对A类火、B类火进行灭火测试,灭火效率高。(3)分别对空间位置、灭火剂用量、灭火剂用量分配、油池直径大小、温度和湿度六个影响因素进行研究,为提高灭火效率提供帮助。设计智能化自动灭火装置,该自动灭火系统,灭火室70cm×45cm×55cm,扑灭直径为4cm的油池火,感应期27s,探测到火灾的同时启动灭火动作实施灭火,灭火时间15s。(4)用FDS模拟梯度火实验,得到的结论与实验结果有着相同的趋势,用FDS模拟空间位置和灭火浓度对气溶胶灭火时间的影响,跟实验结果一致。
[Abstract]:In order to better extinguish fire and improve fire extinguishing efficiency, the formulation of S-type aerosol fire extinguishing agent was optimized by single variable method and orthogonal test method. The optimized formula was tested, including fire extinguishing performance, combustion performance, safety and storage performance. The influence factors on the fire extinguishing time were analyzed, and the following six aspects were studied: space location, amount distribution of extinguishing agent, diameter of oil tank, temperature and humidity. A kind of intelligent fire extinguishing device combined with it is studied, which can realize automatic fire extinguishing. In addition, FDS simulation software is used to study the smoke diffusion law of S type aerosol extinguishing agent. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the specific gravity of binder and regulator was determined by orthogonal test method. A series of experiments were carried out on the ratio of strontium nitrate and potassium nitrate, and the experiment was carried out by adding a cooling substance. The experimental formula is strontium nitrate 40, potassium nitrate 27, dicyandiamide 26, phenolic resin 3, magnesium powder 1, hexamethylenetetramine 1, potassium oxalate 2. (2) the weight loss rate of copper sheet is 0.059%, the weight loss rate of aluminum sheet is 0.307%, and the corrosion resistance of the formula is very good.
