酚醛树脂合成新工艺及应用

【摘要】:酚醛树脂作为最早工业化的合成树脂之一,具有原料价格低廉,生产工艺简单成熟,化学稳定性好等优点在工业上得到广泛关注和应用。酚醛泡沫作为一种高分子有机硬质泡沫产品,可由可发性酚醛树脂为原料制备而成,由于其具有广泛突出的如具有密度小重量轻、无毒害少污染、防火性能优异、耐腐蚀抗老化等优点,是建筑保温的理想材料。但酚醛泡沫又存在着粘结性差,抗压抗折能力低,施工损耗大等一系列物理性能的缺陷导致酚醛泡沫的应用受到了一定限制。本文首次采用静态混合反应器来制备可发性酚醛树脂,并进行了制备工艺条件对树脂产物性能的影响规律的研究,获得了在静态混合反应器中合成可发性酚醛树脂的适宜工艺条件为:酚醛比1:1.3、温度70℃、催化剂用量苯酚质量的6.0%、混合物流量5.5L/h,所制得的酚醛树脂的质量指标为,游离酚含量为3.15%,游离醛含量为0.18%,固含量为87.0%,含水量为9.67%,粘度为3200cps,均优于传统方法合成的可发性酚醛树脂。然后对在静态反应器中合成的可发性酚醛树脂进行发泡,考察了表面活性剂,发泡剂,固化剂对制备酚醛泡沫材料过程的影响,实验结果表明,采用静态反应器制备的可发性酚醛树脂为原料,制得的酚醛泡沫材料其密度为60 kg/m3,压缩强度达到0.25MPa,优于传统设备制备的以酚醛树脂为原料合成的酚醛树脂发泡材料。
[Abstract]:As one of the earliest industrial synthetic resins, phenolic resin has been widely concerned and applied in industry because of its low cost of raw materials, simple and mature production process and good chemical stability. Phenolic foam, as a kind of high molecular organic rigid foam product, can be prepared by phenolic resin as raw material, because of its wide range of outstanding such as light density, light weight, no toxicity, little pollution, excellent fire resistance, Corrosion resistance, aging resistance and other advantages, is the ideal building insulation materials. However, the application of phenolic foam is limited by a series of physical property defects, such as poor adhesion, low compressive and flexural resistance, high construction loss and so on. In this paper, a static mixing reactor was used to prepare phenolic resin for the first time, and the effect of preparation conditions on the properties of the resin product was studied.
