面向自动化生产的女裤结构设计方法的研究

【摘要】:服装行业伴随着现代科学技术的快速发展而呈现出日新月异的趋势,尤其是现代计算机辅助设计的出现和信息技术的不断发展,智能化和自动化已成为服装行业发展的新趋势。到目前为止,大部分服装CAD制版系统是对手工制版的复制,企业对制版功能的应用率低,成为制约服装生产效率的瓶颈。因此,服装自动化版型设计的研究成为服装生产有待解决的难点和重点。本论文意在总结服装专业规律,探讨服装自动化版型的设计方法,提高制版效率,且能满足消费者对个性化的要求。论文研究的对象是女裤,通过总结女裤的制版规律,建立不同造型的制版模型来研究女裤版型的结构设计方法,为服装版型的自动化、智能化的发展提供依据。首先,对女裤造型的分类进行了阐述,确定论文对女裤造型划分的基础。通过对女裤结构设计的分析,总结女裤制版的特点,建立女裤母版模型。其次,收集整理公开发表在服装期刊、书籍中的女裤样版,共得到不同造型的88个样版。在CAD中进行打版校正,分析女裤的设计变量,包括裤长、省、褶等。采集结构设计主要控制部位的数据,建立不同造型的版型数据库。采用SPSS统计软件对采集到的结构设计数据进行分析,建立回归模型,总结出不同造型女裤的结构设计规律,从而建立女裤自动化制版的方法。最后,采用虚拟试衣和样衣实验进行验证,在CLO 3D系统中进行虚拟试穿,结合实际样衣对这种制版方法的合理性、自动化设计及适用性进行分析说明。这种新的女裤结构设计方法,总结了服装专业规律,是快速生产、自动化生产研究的基础,可以帮助解决快速制版,对于促进服装生产、提高效率有着积极重要的意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, clothing industry presents a trend of rapid change, especially the emergence of modern computer-aided design and the continuous development of information technology, intelligence and automation has become a new trend of the development of clothing industry. Up to now, most of the garment CAD plate making system is a copy of the manual plate making, and the low application rate of the enterprise to the plate making function has become the bottleneck restricting the clothing production efficiency. Therefore, the study of garment automatic layout design has become a difficult and important point in garment production. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the law of garment specialty, to discuss the design method of garment automation layout, to improve the efficiency of plate making, and to meet the needs of consumers for individuation. The research object of this paper is women's trousers. By summarizing the plate-making rules of women's trousers and establishing different models of plate making, the paper studies the structural design method of women's trousers' layout, which provides the basis for the automation and intelligent development of dress pattern. Firstly, the classification of women's trousers is expounded, and the basis of the classification of women's trousers is determined. By analyzing the structural design of women's trousers, the characteristics of women's trousers plate making are summarized, and the model of women's trousers master plate is established. Secondly, the collection and arrangement published in clothing periodicals, books in the women's pants sample edition, a total of 88 samples of different shapes. This paper analyzes the design variables of women's trousers, including length, save, fold and so on. Collect the data of the main control position of the structure design, and establish the database of different shapes. The structure design data collected by SPSS are analyzed, the regression model is established, and the structural design rules of women's trousers with different shapes are summarized, so as to establish the method of automatic plate making for women's trousers. Finally, virtual fitting and sample clothing experiments are used to verify the feasibility, automation design and applicability of the plate making method. The virtual fitting is carried out in the CLO 3D system, and the rationality, automation design and applicability of the plate making method are analyzed in combination with the actual sample clothing. This new design method of women's trousers structure summarizes the rules of clothing specialty and is the basis of rapid production and automatic production research. It can help to solve the problem of rapid plate making and has a positive and important significance for promoting garment production and improving efficiency.
