舞台升降装置的设计研究

【摘要】:舞台表演在我国有着非常悠久的历史,在现代的舞台表演当中,优质的舞台升降装置设备配置可以让一场舞台表演更加的出色,呈现给观众水平更好的舞台效果。由于舞台演出的复杂性,所以舞台升降装置所包括的品种类型也是非常丰富的。随着科学技术的不断发展和完善,目前追求的是实现台上机械设备的自动化、智能化操作,利用网络通信技术实现自动控制。旨在希望能够通过改变和控制机械设备的运动方向、速度轨迹等内容,使得台上的每一台设备都能够有序的进行工作,各个设备在运转的过程当中能够实现协调运转,进而可以实现定向循环操作的模式。除此之外,对于机械设备运行的安全问题也需要引起足够的重视,由于舞台表演还是具有一定的危险性的,存在很多的高难度表演动作,需要表演人员和机械设备之间的完美配合,所以舞台升降装置的安全性能是非常重要的内容。必须利用有效的监测装置对机械设备的运行操作进行监督,对于错误操作或者设备运行存在安全隐患的时候给予制止和报警,才能够保障在为观众献上优秀的舞台表演的同时,保障表演人员的人身安全,同时也是舞台表演完成的基础内容。论文首先详细的阐述了当代舞台升降装置的实际发展情况和典型舞台的升降装置;重点对舞台升降装置的硬件组成部分进行设计,结合电气图标注PLC的节点位置所在;配合系统的硬件设计内容对软件系统部分进行设计,包括上位机以及PLC两个重点部分;最后对于系统如何实现网络化的控制进行实验分析,对于上位机和PLC之间的连接问题进行详细的分析研究。本文的研究可为促进PLC技术和舞台升降装置设备行业之间的协作发展,完善我国舞台表演,有效利用精彩、优秀的舞台表演为人民群众带来美好的视觉、听觉感受提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Stage performance has a very long history in our country, in the modern stage performance, the high quality stage lifting device equipment configuration can make a stage performance more outstanding, present to the audience level better stage effect. Due to the complexity of stage performances, the variety types included in the stage lifter are also very rich. With the continuous development and improvement of science and technology, the current pursuit is to realize the automation of mechanical equipment on the platform, intelligent operation, the use of network communication technology to achieve automatic control. The purpose of this paper is to change and control the movement direction and velocity trajectory of mechanical equipment, so that every equipment on the platform can work in an orderly manner, and each equipment can realize coordinated operation in the process of operation. Furthermore, the mode of directional loop operation can be realized. In addition, enough attention should be paid to the safety problems of the operation of machinery and equipment. Because stage performances are still dangerous, there are a lot of difficult performance movements. The perfect cooperation between performer and mechanical equipment is needed, so the safety performance of stage hoist is very important. We must use effective monitoring devices to supervise the operation of machinery and equipment, and stop and alarm the operation of mechanical equipment when there is a hidden danger to the safety of the operation of the equipment, in order to ensure that while providing excellent stage performances for the audience, Ensure the personal safety of performers, but also the completion of the stage performance of the basic content. Firstly, the paper expatiates on the actual development of the contemporary stage lifting device and the typical stage lifting device, focuses on the design of the hardware components of the stage lifting device, and marks the location of the node of the PLC in combination with the electrical drawing. With the hardware design content of the system, the part of software system is designed, including the host computer and PLC two key parts; Finally, the system how to achieve networked control is analyzed experimentally, and the connection between host computer and PLC is analyzed and studied in detail. The research in this paper can be used for reference for promoting the development of cooperation between PLC technology and stage lifting equipment industry, perfecting the stage performance in our country, making effective use of wonderful, excellent stage performance to bring beautiful visual and auditory feelings to the people.
