基于云制造的数控加工服务关键技术研究
[Abstract]:Traditional manufacturing industry has been in a bottleneck, SMEs can not maintain high R & D costs and equipment costs. With the rapid development of cloud computing platform and the rapid development of network information, it is the development trend to combine the processing manufacturing industry with the Internet, so the concept of cloud manufacturing is put forward. Cloud manufacturing is a manufacturing method that integrates manufacturing services into cloud computing platform. It mainly provides design services, model services, production services and processing services. The development of cloud manufacturing is in its initial stage, and there are many conceptual definitions and research and exploration from the macro level. The existing cloud manufacturing platforms are mainly oriented to global services, often with more model services and design services. There are shortcomings in the interconnection of production services and processing services. This paper presents a NC machining platform based on cloud manufacturing, which includes data layer, system layer, function layer and application layer. The task of the system layer is the system construction of the cloud manufacturing platform, the task of the data layer is the data management of building the model of the NC machine tool hardware virtualization, and the task of the application layer is the intelligent allocation algorithm of the service demand. System layer construction will use Hadoop distributed system to build cloud computing network, a large number of servers will be built into a unified service cloud to ensure the system resource requirements. The data layer mainly uses Hive data warehouse to unify the data management of the NC processing cloud manufacturing platform, and realizes the function of data transfer using Sqoop and MapReduce technology. The application layer mainly uses the SSH framework of Java language to design the visual application of cloud computing platform and the design of service requirement allocation algorithm. Therefore, an intelligent resource allocation algorithm is proposed, which mainly adopts collaborative filtering algorithm based on Item and collaborative filtering algorithm based on association rules. Finally, through the construction of cloud manufacturing NC machining platform, the demand of small and medium-sized enterprises for NC machining is solved, and the machine tool utilization ratio of NC processing enterprises is improved, thus increasing the efficiency of manufacturing, operating profit and realizing the optimal allocation of resources. The discussion of cloud manufacturing platform in this paper can promote the development of cloud manufacturing and perfect the cloud manufacturing service in the field of NC machining.
