聚乙二醇基水凝胶及复合凝胶的制备与研究

【摘要】:聚乙二醇(PEG)含亲水链段,可以提高吸水性能。聚乙二醇基水凝胶具有良好的吸水保水性、生物相容性,可在人体内使用,不会引起炎症反应,而且能被机体迅速排出体外而不产生任何毒副作用。聚乙烯醇,是一种用途相当广泛的水溶性高分子聚合物。聚乙烯醇(PVA)具有很多优良的特性,例如有良好的成膜性和抗拉强度,耐冲击、绝缘性好、耐磨、强力粘接性和良好的平滑性。聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAm)水凝胶是目前研究最多的温敏水凝胶,属于典型的热缩型水凝胶,其最低临界温度(LCST)在32 ℃接近人体温度。若调节聚合物骨架中的亲水组分和疏水组分,LCST还可以上下变动。本实验分为两个部分,第一部分,利用异氰酸酯基容易与羟基反应的特性,通过接枝共聚法,首先合成了端基为异氰酸酯基团(IPDI)的聚乙二醇(PEG)预聚物(PEG-IPDI),再将聚乙烯醇和预聚物反应,合成PEG-IPDI-PVA水凝胶。进一步加入锂藻土、蒙脱土纳米填料,探究纳米填料对PEG-IPDI-PVA水凝胶性能的影响。结果表明,随锂藻土的加入溶胀率明显提高,说明锂藻土的加入改善了水凝胶的内部结构和物理、化学性能。而在35 ℃到40 ℃时,溶胀率增长迅速,改善了此类材料的温敏性能。蒙脱土的加入可有效提高聚合物的机械性能。第二部分,以低分子量的聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(PEGMA)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAm)为主要单体,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)和四甲基乙二胺(TEMED)为引发剂,采用自由基共聚法成功合成了 P(NIPAm-PEGMA)水凝胶。并添加锂藻工作为增强剂制备了系列纳米杂化凝胶。对该系列凝胶研究表明,PEGMA和锂藻土的加入可以改变PNIPAm凝胶的内部结构和性能,能够改善凝胶的力学性能,也会影响水凝胶的温敏性。
