An Analysis of Quality Management Practices on the Construct

建筑业的质量管理是指质量规划、控制和保证。通过对施工现场不同因素的控制,保证施工项目的质量管理。因此,本研究所评估的影响品质管理实施的因素各不相同。为了解本研究所考虑的各种因素的反应,作者编制了问卷。主要是从管理人员那里收集的原始数据,然后使用了不同的分析技术进行分析。结果表明,受访者对影响因素的反应,包括员工(教育、技能、培训和质量管理知识)、专业人员能力、产品/材料质量、监控、设计和严格遵守质量标准。建议营造一个鼓励员工发展技能、加强沟通、严格执行和遵守国际标准组织(ISO)认可的质量标准的氛围。
