Causes of Delay in Airport Construction Project in Pakistan

　　巴基斯坦是一个发展中国家。2014-2015年的经济发展速度为4.24%,随之建筑活动迅速增加。本文重点分析了伊斯兰堡国际机场新建工程延误的原因。研究目的是找出延误的原因,并指出影响伊斯兰堡国际机场新建项目绩效的所有因素。为了找出本文的两个基本目标,首先选取定性数据,选取三个熟悉CAA项目的不同组织,即GTAASR、CAA和AGPR,并选取了 13个符合条件的被调查者作为研究对象进行访谈,在使用NVivo 10软件收集所有访谈后,采用Microsoft word汇编原始数据,生成编码,创建主题,最后发布报告进行数据分析。在访谈中,对13个延误原因进行了编码,分别是:计划性差、价格波动、腐败、员工之间缺乏沟通、缺乏技能、施工阶段材料短缺风险、财务赤字、项目生命周期缺乏监督,政治影响。虽然还有很多次要的影响因素,但是我已经指出了影响很大的因素,在对被调查者进行了深入的访谈之后,我指出了 8个主要的影响因素,即被调查者走向破产,工程造价上涨。由于本工程后期设计变更延误,工程区周边出现污染,失业率上升,政府对人民群众的不良形象,各项服务设施搬迁,经济发展也全部陷入低谷。
