　　建筑业是项目管理领域中最大、最重要的产业之一。因此,它需要更加一致和高效的项目生命周期管理来满足项目参与者的需求。然而,对于项目经理和建筑行业来说,还要一个仍然需要关注的问题就是获得知识将有助于提高对基本项目管理程序的理解。项目规划在项目绩效监督中起着至关重要的作用。然而,在大多数全球建设项目中,它似乎被忽略了。全球建设项目通常会绕过阶段性的项目规划,没有充分认识建设项目中实施项目计划与调度方法的重要性。因此,本研究的另一个方向就是将最新的管理方法/工具纳入项目进度计划领域,以增强对管理的理解。这种研究方法强调了按需分析项目合作者对将项目规划模型实施到应用程序中的意识。本研究分析项目利益相关者对在建设项目中实施项目排程或规划方法的认知程度。通过调查项目利益相关者对项目规划的应用和实践的了解,项目规划中的促成因素和障碍的作用和影响,规划和调度中的管理责任,以及项目干系人对FEP应用的认识,来回答这个问题。本研究采用问卷调查的方法收集巴基斯坦建筑公司的相关数据,利用Kendall的一致性系数和RII排名对数据进行了分析。本研究在最后得出的结论是我们需要更多地关注影响项目绩效的因素,如管理工...
