Impact of Risk Management on Project Success for Constructio

　　本研究的主要目的是研究风险管理因素对建设项目成功的影响,研究项目是巴基斯坦水电开发管理局的项目。对受访者进行的调查是通过研究方法、设计、一手和二手数据收集进行的。这类调查和分析包括两个主要部分。第一部分探讨了企业管理风险的方法。第二部分致力于说明他们所经历的项目是否取得了成功,这是根据问卷中列出的建设项目成功的四个标准因素定义的。80份调查问卷被分发给了被调查者以及巴基斯坦水电发展管理局（WAPDA）的员工.其中50份问卷得到回收.问卷回收率为62%。本研究采用SPSS和MS excel对问卷数据进行分析.并检验数据的信度和效度。本文提出了五个假设,并对它们进行了检验。最后,我们使用回归分析检验了每个假设.发现风险管理和项目成功（成本、时间、技术规格和工作质量）之间存在显著影响。
