考虑不确定因素的外贸集装箱码头陆域布局优化研究

【摘要】:为适应全球集装箱码头的发展趋势,实现码头资源的集约化利用,外贸集装箱码头发展理念正从传统的基础设施规模扩建向寻求科学合理的陆域功能区布局转变。在全球海运物流市场日益严峻的竞争态势下,研究考虑不确定因素的外贸集装箱码头陆域布局优化方法对集装箱码头规划与运营、提升码头竞争力显得尤为重要。外贸集装箱码头是海陆联运复杂网络系统中的关键节点,其生产作业受诸多不确定因素影响。本研究基于不确定性分析理论,从集装箱码头系统的视角刻画其动态随机特性,构建了考虑不确定因素的外贸集装箱码头陆域布局优化模型。综合运用概率论与系统仿真协同处理码头系统的随机性,模拟生成不确定集装箱货运需求作为模型输入:通过系统仿真高精度确定所提出模型的参数,开发了基于Rockwell Arena仿真平台及VBA交互技术的仿真模型进行布局优化模型参数校准。本研究从规划层面而非传统的运营层面,提出了考虑不确定因素的外贸集装箱码头的陆域布局优化方法。外贸集装箱码头的平面布置阶段,空间尺度和设备配置的影响因素错综复杂。本研究构建了考虑不确定堆存需求条件下外贸集装箱码头堆场布置的二阶段随机规划模型。在投资预算限定和不确定条件下,基于堆场陆域尺度、生产设备种类及数量等堆场设计要素,研究了规划阶段和运营阶段堆场投入成本的优化问题,并设计了模拟退火(SA)及仿真优化相结合的元启发式求解方法,获取模型中难以解析表征的随机参数和函数信息。本研究从规划和运营两个层面,提出了考虑不确定因素的外贸集装箱码头堆场空间尺度和设备配置种类与数量的优化方法。查验区是外贸集装箱码头的重要组成部分,其位置与设施配置直接影响码头的运营效率。本研究构建了考虑不确定因素的外贸集装箱码头查验区布置的随机规划模型。在不确定条件下,模拟生成集装箱查验需求,研究了查验区空间位置和查验设施配置对码头交通流、车船到离港、集卡排队长度及排队时间等的影响;基于建设成本、运营成本和等待成本,研究了查验区最优布置位置及设施配置最优规模问题,设计了元启发式方法和双层循环求解框架。本研究从规划和运营阶段两个层面,提出了考虑不确定因素的外贸集装箱码头查验区位置和查验设施配置数量的优化方法。本研究以实际外贸集装箱码头为例,验证了提出的考虑不确定因素的外贸集装箱码头堆场和查验区布局优化模型的有效性及实用性。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development trend of the global container terminal, realize the intensive utilization of the terminal resources. The development concept of foreign trade container terminal is changing from the traditional infrastructure scale expansion to seeking scientific and reasonable land area function area layout. Under the increasingly severe competition situation of the global maritime logistics market. This paper studies the land layout optimization method of foreign trade container terminal considering uncertain factors for planning and operation of container terminal. It is very important to enhance the competitiveness of the terminal. The foreign trade container terminal is the key node in the complex network system of sea and land transport, and its production is affected by many uncertain factors. This study is based on the uncertainty analysis theory. The dynamic random characteristics of container terminal system are described from the point of view of container terminal system. The land layout optimization model of foreign trade container terminal is constructed, and the randomness of wharf system is treated by probability theory and system simulation. Simulation generation of uncertain container freight demand as model input: through system simulation to determine the parameters of the proposed model with high accuracy. A simulation model based on Rockwell Arena simulation platform and VBA interactive technology is developed to calibrate the parameters of the layout optimization model. The land layout optimization method of foreign trade container terminal considering uncertain factors is put forward, and the plane layout stage of foreign trade container terminal is put forward. The influence factors of spatial scale and equipment configuration are complicated. In this study, a two-stage stochastic programming model for the layout of foreign trade container terminal yard under the condition of uncertain storage demand is constructed. The investment budget is limited and uncertain. Under conditions. Based on the factors of yard design, such as land scale, type and quantity of production equipment, this paper studies the optimization of the input cost of the yard in the planning and operation stages. A meta-heuristic solution method combining simulated annealing (SA) and simulation optimization is designed to obtain the stochastic parameters and function information which are difficult to be represented in the model. This paper puts forward the optimization method of space scale and the type and quantity of equipment configuration of foreign trade container terminal considering uncertain factors. The inspection area is an important part of foreign trade container terminal. The location and configuration of facilities directly affect the operational efficiency of the terminal. In this study, a random programming model of the layout of the inspection area of foreign trade container terminal considering uncertain factors is constructed. The demand for container inspection is simulated and the effects of the location of the inspection area and the configuration of the inspection facilities on the traffic flow of the wharf, the arrival and departure of the vehicle and the ship, the queue length and the queuing time of the card are studied. Based on the construction cost, operation cost and waiting cost, the optimal location of the inspection area and the optimal scale of the facility allocation are studied. A meta-heuristic method and a two-layer cyclic solution framework are designed. This paper presents an optimization method for the location of the inspection area and the quantity of the inspection facilities of the foreign trade container terminal considering the uncertain factors. This study takes the actual foreign trade container terminal as an example. The validity and practicability of the proposed optimization model for the layout of foreign trade container terminal yard and inspection area are verified.
