古木楼阁飞云楼损伤机理与修缮保护研究

【摘要】:古木楼阁是中国古代园林建筑的重要组成部分,飞云楼属国家重点文物保护对象,是中国古木楼阁的杰出代表作,同时也是当地居民的朝拜圣地,据记载曾在五百年以前遭毁坏后重建。历经多个朝代的修修补补,其表现形式上具备了多个王朝的建筑风格。近些年来,由于日常维护不足及管理不善,飞云楼构件残损与劣化等现象日益加剧,使得结构主体严重倾斜,濒临倒塌。在国家自然科学基金委(编号:51278324及51338001)的基金资助下,本文通过研究飞云楼的结构构造,对飞云楼的柱造方式进行了剖析,结合已有科研成果分析了飞云楼原有结构木材的材性变化。完善了古建筑木结构残损点的评定方法,并对飞云楼的构件和建筑整体性能进行了全方位的评价,解释了构件和结构主体的损伤成因。对近代修缮工作中采用的修复措施和所取得的成效进行了评价。最后对飞云楼的周边环境进行了调查分析,提出相应了的周边环境整治建议。主要研究成果如下:(1)对飞云楼及院落布局的历史变迁、现状格局进行阐述,对飞云楼的结构形式从屋面形式、斗h1构造及柱造方式进行详细剖析,从内外圈构架分析连接方式和上下层构架连接方式的角度阐释飞云楼缠柱造的构建方式。(2)对古木材材性变化的机理进行研究,提出了飞云楼古木材物理力学性能指标建议值及相关调整系数。对飞云楼构件表层腐蚀情况进行了测定,分类统计了构件表层腐蚀深度。(3)对古建筑木结构残损点评估界限进行探讨,主要从承重木柱、承重梁枋、结构整体变形三大方面入手,对相关规范和其它研究成果中评定残损界限点的适用条件提出建议,并提出应增加的评价内容。对飞云楼中柱础石、木柱、梁枋、斗h1、楼屋面及其它附属构件的损伤特征和分布规律及损伤类型进行归纳总结,对主要承重构件的变形特征进行研究分析。提出可用于评价大变形梁枋变形严重程度指标:挠度残损点超越倍率,并用此指标对大变形构件的类型细化。提出了研究古建筑木结构主体变形的评价方法。同时提出了主要承重结构构件残损等级总体评价的方法。以飞云楼为例,从柱础到屋面、从构件到结构整体、从危险构件到薄弱层、从损伤特征到破坏规律进行了全面分析评价,并对主要承重构件各残损等级的数量进行了统计分析。(4)利用有限元分析软件SAP2000对飞云楼进行有限元模拟分析,提出利用缝单元、摩擦摆隔振单元解决古木结构中模拟柱底、叠梁受力特殊性的方法。对飞云楼自重进行计算,得出飞云楼的自振周期,对木柱构件的受力情况进行分析,利用层间位移角评定了飞云楼主体结构损伤等级,得出飞云楼在最不利荷载组合工况整体结构的损坏程度。(5)对飞云楼的历史修缮及现代加固修缮过程进行了研究,对现代修缮的成果予以评价。(6)研究万荣东岳庙历史演变过程,从文物建筑、院落格局、附属文物三方面着手研究飞云楼所处东岳庙的文物本体。对万荣东岳庙明、清两代的历史格局进行研究并对现状进行了比较,对万荣东岳庙内院落格局现状进行评估分析。调研万荣东岳庙的周边环境,从自然因素和人为因素两方面入手分析周边环境对古建筑可能产生的不利影响。研究飞云楼及周边的文物保护治理规划和文物保护区域规划,指出周边环境亟需完善的治理措施,提出周边环境监测措施建议。
[Abstract]:The ancient wooden pavilion is an important part of China ancient landscape architecture, Feiyun floor is a national key cultural relics protection object, is an outstanding representative of ancient wood China Pavilion, but also the local residents of the places of worship, according to the record in five hundred years ago was destroyed after reconstruction. After several dynasties of tinkering, the form with the a plurality of Dynasty architectural style. In recent years, due to lack of maintenance and management, Feiyun floor damage of components and deterioration such as increasing phenomenon, makes the main body of the structure seriously inclined, on the verge of collapse. In the National Natural Science Foundation (No. 51278324 and 51338001) of the fund, the structure of Feiyun floor, on the floor of the Feiyunjiang column made mode are analyzed, combined with the existing research results of material change the original structure of Feiyun floor wood. (6) study on the evolution process of Wanrong Dongyue Temple history, from the historic building, courtyard, the affiliated cultural relics three aspects of cultural relics of the body Feiyun floor of Wanrong Dongyue Temple Dongyue Temple of Ming and Qing two generations of the history and pattern of the present situation of the pattern of comparison, the status quo of Wanrong Dongyue Temple courtyard falls were analyzed. The possible research and the surrounding Feiyun floor cultural relics protection and cultural relics protection planning management of regional planning, pointed out that the surrounding to perfect the environmental governance measures, proposed the surrounding environmental monitoring measures.
