我国海域赤潮甲藻孢囊形态与分布特征研究

【摘要】:在开展渤海、黄海、东海、南海海域33个主要海湾或养殖区表层沉积物采样调查的基础上,结合以往调查资料,系统地阐述了我国海域主要甲藻孢囊种类和数量的空间分布;对9个代表性海域的甲藻孢囊开展了群落相似性分析;同时,通过对大连长山群岛海域甲藻孢囊的时空分布研究,详细阐述了甲藻孢囊的种类组成、时空分布规律及其与海流、沉积物等环境因子的相互关系。结果显示:本研究发现我国近海常见产孢囊的赤潮甲藻40种,包括膝沟藻目4科5属12种、裸甲藻目3科5属7种、多甲藻目3科6属21种。甲藻孢囊包括膝沟藻类孢囊11种、Tuberculodinioid类孢囊1种、裸甲藻类孢囊6种、钙质孢囊3种、翼藻类孢囊3种和原多甲藻类孢囊16种。其中,渤海海域甲藻孢囊种类和丰度均较低;东海海域孢囊种类丰富,但丰度较低;黄海烟台、长山群岛海域孢囊种类和丰度均较高;南海大亚湾、大鹏湾海域孢囊种类和丰度均较高。9个代表性海域甲藻孢囊群落相似性分析结果处于中等不相似水平或以下,群落组成差异明显,表明各海区甲藻孢囊群落亲缘关系较远。长山群岛海域甲藻孢囊种类丰富,丰度较高,是我国甲藻孢囊分布的一个集中区;因岛屿效应形成的特定沉积环境促使大量孢囊沉积在位于岛影区域的浮筏养殖区和底播养殖区;有毒有害甲藻营养细胞及其孢囊种类和数量可能与当地贝类体内赤潮毒素含量有相关关系。
[Abstract]:In the Bohai Sea, Huang Hai, the East China Sea, the South China Sea, 33 main bay or aquaculture area surface sediment sampling survey based on the past survey data. In this paper, the spatial distribution of the species and quantity of the major cysts in the sea area of China is systematically described. Community similarity analysis was carried out in 9 representative sea areas. At the same time, the species composition, temporal and spatial distribution and ocean currents of the cysts in Changshan archipelago, Dalian, were studied in detail through the study of the temporal and spatial distribution of the dinoflagellate cysts. The results showed that there were 40 species of common sporocystis in the coastal waters of China, including 4 families, 5 genera and 12 species of geniculata, and 7 species of 3 families, 5 genera and 5 genera of Prorocentrum. There are 21 species in 6 genera, 3 families, 3 families of Pyrocystis, including 11 species of tuberculoid cysts, 6 species of naked algaecia and 3 species of calcareous cysts, including 11 species of geniculate algae cysts, 1 species of tuberculodinioid cysts, 3 species of calcareous cysts. There are 3 species of pterygocystis and 16 species of proto-polychysmal cysts, among which, the species and abundance of these cysts are lower in Bohai Sea. The species of spore cysts in the East China Sea are abundant, but the abundance is low. Huang Hai Yantai, Changshan Islands sea area spore cyst species and abundance are higher; The species and abundance of cysts were high in Daya Bay and Dapeng Bay, South China Sea. The results showed that the phylogenetic relationship of the community of Pyrocystis in different sea areas was far. The sea area of Changshan Archipelago was rich in species and high in abundance, so it was a concentrated area for the distribution of Pyrocystis in China. The specific sedimentary environment formed by the island effect caused a large number of spore cysts to be deposited in the raft culture area and the bottom seeding culture area located in the island shadow area. The species and quantity of nutritive cells and spore cysts of toxic and harmful Prorocentrum may be related to the content of red tide toxin in local shellfish.
