填海造地的多尺度空间格局、趋势和驱动力研究

随着全球人口的增长和城市化快速发展,过去30年无论是内陆还是沿海地区,土地的需求都显著增加。在沿海地区,填海造地通常是满足城市发展土地需求的首选解决方案。使用地质工程技术将原有的海域、潮滩、湿地等变为人工陆地,受城市化、社会经济发展等因素驱动,并产生湿地破坏、洪涝灾害加剧、生物多样性降低等多种影响。近30年来,由于全球沿海地区城市化的快速推进和社会经济发展,填海造地面积增加迅速,但是,随着全球变暖导致的海平面上升、风暴潮潮位增高以及人类活动导致的地面沉降等,沿海土地也面临巨大的淹没风险。在人类活动围填海和全球气候变化导致的海平面上升等影响作用下,沿海地区的土地总面积在增加还是减少?围填海区域面临的海平面上升和地面沉降等风险有多大?什么因素驱动围填海的大规模发展及如何利用新技术实现监测和管控?这些都是迫切需要解决的问题。中国自2017年以来出台了一系列严格的围填海管控措施,开始对围填海进行规范,然而,土地资源的稀缺、经济利益的驱动使围填海还将持续存在,至2020年仍然有大量围填海工程在沿海各地进行。因此,考察海岸带土地扩展的格局和动态,以及海平面上升对其影响,不仅对国土空间开发规划和生态...
