印度河河口盐度梯度下沉积物脱氮过程与功能微生物菌群动态研究

  氮素是生物所必需的营养元素,也是控制陆地和水生生态系统初级生产的限制因素。在过去的几十年里,人类活动如化石燃料的燃烧、人工氮肥的施用,显著增加了陆地表层生态系统中人为活性氮的含量,这其中有相当量的人为活性氮会通过河流、地下水和大气沉降等途径输送到河口海岸地区,给河口海岸生态系统造成严重的生态环境问题,如富营养化、有害藻华、温室气体排放加剧、缺氧和海洋酸化等。因此,深刻认识和理解水生生态系统的脱氮过程及其相关微生物影响机制具有重要的理论和现实意义。反硝化过程是目前最受关注的氮循环过程之一。通常,反硝化过程是将硝态氮转变为气态氮(主要为N2);而绝大多数水生生物不能直接利用N2,因此反硝化过程被认为是硝态氮永久性脱离水生系统的有效途径,对减少水环境中初级生产者可利用氮的含量和缓解水体富营养化趋势具有重要作用。反硝化过程由多种酶催化,包括硝酸还原酶(Nar)、亚硝酸盐还原酶(Nir)、一氧化氮还原酶(Nor)和氧化亚氮还原酶(Nos)。除反硝化过程外,厌氧氨氧化是氮素生物地球化学循环的一个新发现,该过程可通过硝酸盐/亚硝酸盐氧化氨氮并释放氮气。河口...
