【摘要】：语言是人类最重要的交际工具,它不仅与语言语法规则以及文字发展等问题有关,而且它也是该语言群体思维模式、文化因素的象征和认识世界、感知世界的基础。社会变迁、经济发展、信息技术的进步等从正负两个方面影响着人们的社会生活、人际交流及语言的使用领域。随之而产生语言的发展与濒危两极分化局面。针对语言的濒危现象,世界诸多国家开始实施了保存与传承濒危语言的工作。在国外移居者和国内的少数民族,通过作为社会基本或核心单位的家庭为单位,进行着保护与传承其母语的努力。本研究基于社会语言学新研究对象之一家庭语言政策研究的基础理论和方法论,对内蒙古自治区蒙古族家庭语言使用现状、语言选择及其影响因素等方面进行全面分析,探索所存在的各种问题,并通过与世界其他国家的家庭语言政策制定与实施的经验、教训及其学者所提出的有关新的理论进行比较研究的基础上,阐明家庭语言政策的规划、调控、管理等因素对内蒙古自治区蒙古族母语的保护与传承中具有重要意义,并针对有关问题提出自己的观点和建议。本论文内容由导论、主体、结论、参考文献和附录等五部分组成。导论部分简要阐述选题缘由、研究目的和意义、方法、研究现状等内容。主体内容由三个部分组成,第一章介绍家庭语言政策研究的起源、发展及其基本概念,进而展开阐述有关家庭语言政策研究的其它理论问题；第二章主要论述语言政策与规划的基本概念及国内外语言政策及法律；第三章对内蒙古自治区蒙古语言使用实际状况进行分析,明确了蒙古语言使用过程中存在的有关问题及其原因,提出自己的建议,并展望蒙古族家庭语言政策研究的学术前景。结论部分对所研究内容进行总结,并提出内蒙古自治区蒙古族家庭语言传承与保护方面急切需要制定正确、完整、系统的蒙古语言政策的观点。
[Abstract]:Language is the most important communication tool for human beings. It is not only related to the grammatical rules of language and the development of characters, but also the basis of the linguistic group thinking mode, the symbol of cultural factors, the understanding of the world and the perception of the world. Social change, economic development and the progress of information technology affect people's social life, interpersonal communication and language use from both positive and negative aspects. Then came the development of language and the situation of endangered polarization. In view of the endangered phenomenon of language, many countries around the world began to carry out the work of preserving and inheriting endangered languages. Expatriates and national minorities make efforts to protect and transmit their mother tongue through the family as the basic or core unit of society. Based on the basic theory and methodology of family language policy, a new research object of sociolinguistics, the present situation of Mongolian family language use, language choice and its influencing factors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region are comprehensively analyzed. Exploring the existing problems and clarifying the planning of family language policies on the basis of comparative research on the formulation and implementation of family language policies with other countries in the world, lessons learned and new theories put forward by scholars, The factors such as control and management are of great significance to the protection and inheritance of Mongolian native language in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and their own views and suggestions are put forward in view of the relevant problems. This paper consists of five parts: introduction, subject, conclusion, reference and appendix. The introduction briefly describes the reason, the purpose and significance of the research, methods, research status quo and so on. The main content consists of three parts. The first chapter introduces the origin, development and basic concepts of family language policy research, and then expounds other theoretical issues related to family language policy research. The second chapter mainly discusses the basic concepts of language policy and planning as well as the domestic and foreign language policies and laws; the third chapter analyzes the actual situation of Mongolian language use in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. This paper clarifies the problems and causes in the process of Mongolian language use, puts forward its own suggestions, and looks forward to the academic prospect of Mongolian family language policy research. The conclusion part summarizes the contents of the study and points out that the Mongolian family language inheritance and protection in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region urgently need to formulate a correct complete and systematic Mongolian language policy.
