【摘要】：墨尔色是蒙古族近代史上的杰出政治家、教育家、思想家和革命家。墨尔色的民族革命斗争事业谱写了近代蒙古史,特别是内蒙古革命斗争史上的光辉一页。本文在当时社会历史条件下,根据墨尔色一生的革命实践及其写作的文章、书信和演讲材料,对其思想进行了研究。本文由六大部分组成。论文的导论部分包括选题原因及意义、墨尔色专门研究的历史轨迹、墨尔色专门研究的内容、论文的重点、难点及创新点、研究思路及研究方法、相关概念的界定等六个内容。第一章从国际政局总况;中国政局总况;苏联、共产国际对中国和蒙古地区政策;日本对中国和满蒙政策;清朝、北洋军阀政府和国民政府对蒙古地区政策;蒙古地区政治状况;呼伦贝尔及呼伦贝尔独立运动等六个方面分析了墨尔色思想形成的历史背景。第二章对墨尔色思想形成发展变化的社会、理论、实践和主观原因进行了分析。第三章结合墨尔色的生平事迹论述了墨尔色思想的形成和发展变化过程。第四章对墨尔色思想的内容及特点进行了阐述。第五章在以上内容的基础上对墨尔色及墨尔色思想进行了评价。论文的创新点有以下几个方面:一、搜集的资料较为丰富。为进行深入研究,作者大量搜集了有关墨尔色的史料,在写作中运用了前人研究者还未使用的一些史料。如墨尔色的《蒙古教育方针及其办法》,其书信及讲话稿等。二、从思想史的角度对墨尔色思想进行了全面、深入、系统的研究,并把握其思想的本质,从而突破了本研究领域中存在的重视生平事迹研究,轻视思想研究及思想研究不够深入的现状。三、拓展了研究内容及范围。(一)针对学术界对墨尔色专门研究状况的总结较为薄弱的现况,本文从墨尔色研究的历史轨迹、内容等方面较为细致、深入、系统地分析了墨尔色专门研究现况。(二)从时代、社会历史、理论、实践和主观条件等方面系统论述了墨尔色思想形成的背景,从而阐述了墨尔色思想产生的历史必然性。(三)结合墨尔色的生平事迹全面系统的论述了墨尔色思想的形成发展变化过程,从而不仅弥补了前人研究的片面性,也较为客观完整的展现了墨尔色思想形成发展过程的全貌。(四)本文不仅根据墨尔色思想的逻辑关系论述了墨尔色思想的内容,也与背景相同的同时代人物进行比较分析,进而总结出了墨尔色思想的特点。(五)从当时社会历史条件出发,与背景相同的同时代人物进行比较分析,客观公正的评价了墨尔色及其思想。墨尔色是一位杰出的近代历史人物,我们研究其思想具有重要的历史意义。本题目的研究对我们较为全面系统的掌握墨尔色思想及其本质,认识墨尔色思想对其革命实践的理论指导作用,丰富和扩展蒙古族近代思想史研究和马克思主义中国化研究具有重要意义。
