论蒙古高等教育女性学术领导职位面临的挑战

  中国伟大的领导人毛泽东曾经说过:“女人能顶半边天。”这句话很好地提醒我们,在一个似乎由男人主宰的世界里,女人和男人扮演同样重要的角色,女人和男人扮演同样重要的角色。从全球来看,妇女作为学生、教师、教授和行政人员的比例从上世纪下半叶开始增加,但这并不意味着高等教育系统内都实现了性别均等。在某些领域,尤其是在高级行政职位上,女性人数仍然不足,令人难以接受。蒙古国妇女教育的增长导致蒙古大学对妇女专业人员和管理人员的需求显著增加。然而,通往顶峰的道路并不容易,许多挑战仍需克服。本研究的主要目的是探讨女性在蒙古国高等教育中获得学术领导高级职位所面临的主要挑战。本研究采用定性与定量研究相结合的方法。研究结果表明,女性面临的挑战有来自组织层面、社会层面和个人层面。个人因素与人格特质有关,如工作-家庭平衡问题和自信心不足。在组织层面上,工作中的复杂关系、以男性为中心的人际网络和组织方式被认为是一种障碍,而在社会层面上,性别角色刻板印象和对妇女的社会态度被视为妇女参与高级行政职位的关键挑战。对于那些渴望成为组织最高职位的女性来说,她们应该意识到并理解与她们的高级领导职位提升相相关的有形和无形挑战。这项研究...
