毕节市地震应急响应数据库设计与开发

【摘要】:我国西部高原山区地处欧亚板块和印度洋板块的交界,地质构造复杂、地壳运动剧烈,导致地震活动频繁。近年来,地震灾害给这一地区的城镇和农村的基础设施、生产生活和人民生命财产造成很大损失,影响了社会经济的可持续发展。地震应急响应系统的建设为政府相关部门进行地震前灾害预测、震后应急响应科学决策提供了一个快速有效的平台。地震应急响应数据库是地震危险性分析和应急响应系统的基础。本研究以贵州省科学技术厅社会发展攻关项目(《毕节市地震应急分类响应系统关键技术研究与开发》为依托,根据地震危险性分析计算和应急响应系统建设需求,研究构建毕节市地震应急响应数据库的技术路线、方法和关键技术,并建立与之相适应的应急响应数据库。论文首先对当前国内外地震灾害基础数据库建设方法和技术规程进行了综述。其次,根据地震危险性分析及应急响应的需求,收集整理了研究区的基础地理信息、区域地质、断层、道路、建筑物、生产生活设施等数据。接着,对应急响应空间数据库建设进行概要设计,包括数据需求分析、数据约定、数据分类以及对数据库数据的逻辑描述等。最后,采用ArcGIS的GDB方式,建立了地震应急响应空间数据库。空间数据库包括了地震危险性分析及应急响应分析所需的基础地理地图、行政区划图、房屋建筑、国民经济统计、企业经济统计、地质图、活动构造分布、地震区划、地震活动、重点监视防御区、地震台网、震害与救援案例、道路交通分布图等内容。毕节市地震应急数据库的建设,实现了空间数据和属性数据的集成,为地震危险性分析计算和应急响应决策提供了数据支撑。
[Abstract]:The mountainous area of the western plateau of China is located at the junction of Eurasian plate and Indian Ocean plate. The geological structure is complicated and the crustal movement is violent, which results in frequent seismic activity in recent years. The earthquake disaster has caused great losses to the urban and rural infrastructure, production, life and property of the people in this area. It affects the sustainable development of social economy. The construction of earthquake emergency response system for the relevant government departments to predict the pre-earthquake disaster. The database of earthquake emergency response is the basis of earthquake risk analysis and emergency response system. This study is based on the key items of social development of Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Department. Head (. Research and Development of key Technologies for earthquake Emergency Classification and response system in Bijie City. According to the requirements of seismic risk analysis and emergency response system construction, the technical route, method and key technology of constructing the database of earthquake emergency response in Bijie City are studied. And the corresponding emergency response database is established. Firstly, this paper summarizes the methods and technical regulations of building the basic database of earthquake disaster at home and abroad. Secondly. According to the needs of seismic risk analysis and emergency response, the basic geographic information, regional geology, faults, roads, buildings, production and living facilities of the study area are collected and collated. The construction of emergency response spatial database is designed briefly, including data requirement analysis, data agreement, data classification and logical description of database data. Finally, the GDB mode of ArcGIS is adopted. The spatial database of earthquake emergency response is established. The spatial database includes the basic geographic map, administrative division map, building construction and national economy statistics for seismic risk analysis and emergency response analysis. Enterprise economic statistics, geological maps, active structure distribution, seismic zoning, seismic activities, focus on monitoring and defense areas, seismic network, earthquake damage and rescue cases. The construction of the earthquake emergency database in Bijie realizes the integration of spatial data and attribute data, which provides data support for seismic risk analysis and calculation and emergency response decision.
