【摘要】:双通道正交信号源可产生单路或双路正交的单频正弦信号、频移键控信号、自动三角线性扫频信号和调相信号,单路信号广泛应用于雷达、航空航天、电力、通信广播、电视、医学、工业、农业等领域,双路正交信号广泛应用于正交调制、正交信号MIMO雷达、雷达接收机、雷达鉴相等场合。本课题设计了双通道正交信号源,提出了基于FPGA和DDS技术的设计方案。采用FPGA控制DDS专用高集成度芯片AD9854,实现了输出单路和双路正交的单频正弦信号、频移键控信号、自动三角线性扫频信号、调相信号的功能。论文首先介绍了信号源的发展历史和实现方法,对比了各种实现方法的优缺点,介绍了信号源的技术指标;然后具体阐述了DDS的构成和工作原理,介绍了高集成度、高性价比的专用DDS芯片AD9854的功能、特点以及对AD9854的控制技术原理;接着分别对系统的硬件设计和软件设计做出详细阐述;最后完成了系统硬件电路的整体连接,实现了在上位机端更改信号参数控制系统输出端输出所需信号的功能,并给出测试系统功能和性能的方法以及实验结果。通过实验调试和测试,本设计可以产生较高稳定度的单路或双路正交的单频正弦信号、频移键控信号、自动三角线性扫频信号和调相信号,输出信号频率达40MHz,峰峰值达5V,信号稳定度达到10-4。本设计可以广泛应用于单通道信号源场合和双通道正交信号场合,为信号源提供设计支持。
[Abstract]:Two-channel orthogonal signal source can produce single channel or double channel orthogonal single frequency sinusoidal signal, frequency shift keying signal, automatic triangular linear sweep signal and phase modulation signal. Single channel signal is widely used in radar, aerospace, electric power. Communication, television, medicine, industry, agriculture and other fields, dual-channel orthogonal signals are widely used in orthogonal modulation, orthogonal signal MIMO radar, radar receiver. In this paper, a dual-channel orthogonal signal source is designed, and a design scheme based on FPGA and DDS technology is proposed. FPGA is used to control the high integration chip AD9854 for DDS. The functions of single frequency sinusoidal signal, frequency shift keying signal, automatic triangular linear sweep signal and phase modulation signal are realized. Firstly, the development history and implementation method of signal source are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of various implementation methods are compared, and the technical specifications of the signal source are introduced. Secondly, the structure and working principle of DDS are introduced in detail, and the functions, characteristics and control principle of AD9854 chip with high integration and high performance-to-price ratio are introduced. Then the hardware design and software design of the system are described in detail. Finally, the overall connection of the hardware circuit of the system is completed, and the function of changing the signal parameters in the upper computer to control the output signal of the system output is realized. The function and performance of the test system and the experimental results are given. Through the experiment debugging and testing, the design can produce single-channel or double-channel orthogonal single-frequency sinusoidal signal and frequency-shift keying signal. Automatic triangulation linear sweep signal and phase modulation signal, the output signal frequency is up to 40 MHz, the peak value is 5 V. The design can be widely used in single channel signal source and dual channel orthogonal signal field, and can provide design support for signal source.
