重庆移动物联网运营管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:重庆移动物联网运营主要负责对能接入中国移动通讯网络的大量的终端进行业务服务与信息管理,健全的物联网体系是业务顺利运营的保障,传统的低客户量的业务处理模式已经不能满足如今大客户量、多终端设备的需要。互联网时代便捷的服务使得智能终端正在以空前的增长速度涌入消费市场,人们对于更快速更精准更人性化的服务的需求与日俱增,这对各大通信运营商来说既是一个大的机遇又面临严峻的考验。这就迫切需要一个健壮的物联网运营管理系统来负责重庆移动全网业务的运营支撑。重庆移动物联网运营管理系统选用B/S架构、MVC设计思想、SSH框架、HTML语言进行开发,代码部署在Tomcat服务器内,使用的数据库为SQLServer 2014。系统内,WEB层通过HTML、AJAX方式展示页面,之后通信、运营、终端、业务统计页面通过ActionForm采集数据、传递数据。Action类分发请求并处理请求,Bean类封装数据,操作SQLServer内数据。系统实现了通信管理功能、运营管理功能、终端管理功能、业务统计等四项基本功能。通信管理实现了账务信息查询、通信状态监控、卡号信息查询、短信故障定位四项功能。运营管理实现了产品信息、用户信息、集团客户信息、合作方管理、应用接入管理、二线客服、电子工单、地市管理、集团客户管理九项功能的管理与维护。终端管理实现了查询终端基本信息、修改终端信息、采集终端信息、查看采集任务。地税终端管理实现了终端当前情况查询、地税终端信息查询、地税终端状态查询、地税故障信息查询、地税资费信息查询五项查询功能。业务统计实现了用户业务发展统计、集团客户发展统计、电子工单统计、用户使用统计、终端发展统计和终端交互统计六项功能。中移动重庆物联网公司实现了对于物联网业务的信息化管理平台,实现了公司内部操作员之间信息的共享与传递,能够及时地为用户提供高质量的便捷服务,提高公司服务水平,提升公司整体地位。
[Abstract]:The operation of Chongqing Mobile Internet of things is mainly responsible for the service and information management of a large number of terminals that can access the China Mobile Communication Network. A sound Internet of things system is the guarantee for the smooth operation of the business. The traditional business processing mode with low customer volume can no longer meet the needs of large customers and multi-terminal devices. With the convenient service in the Internet era, intelligent terminals are pouring into the consumer market at an unprecedented rate of growth. There is a growing need for faster, more accurate, more humane services. This is not only a great opportunity but also a severe test for the major communication operators. It is urgent to have a robust IOT operation management system to support the operation of Chongqing Mobile's whole network business. The network operation management system uses the MVC design idea of B / S architecture and SSH framework to develop HTML language. The code is deployed in the Tomcat server, and the database used is SQLServer 2014.The Web layer of the system displays the page through HTML Ajax mode, and then the communication, operation, terminal, business statistics page collects data through ActionForm. The system realizes the communication management function, the operation management function, the terminal management function, the communication management function, the operation management function and the terminal management function. Four basic functions, such as business statistics, communication management, account information query, communication status monitoring, card number information query, short message fault location, operation management, product information, user information, group customer information, Management and maintenance of nine functions of cooperative management, application access management, second line customer service, electronic worksheet, prefecture and city management and group customer management. Terminal management realizes the query of terminal basic information, modification of terminal information, and collection of terminal information. Check the collection task. The local tax terminal management has realized the terminal current situation inquiry, the local tax terminal information inquiry, the local tax terminal status inquiry, the local tax breakdown information inquiry, Five query functions of local tax and tariff information query. Business statistics realize user business development statistics, group customer development statistics, electronic work order statistics, user use statistics, The six functions of terminal development statistics and terminal interaction statistics. Chongqing Mobile Internet of things Company has realized the information management platform for the Internet of things business, and realized the sharing and transmission of information among operators within the company. To provide customers with high-quality and convenient services in time, improve the company's service level, and enhance the overall status of the company.
