基于基片集成波导的新型滤波器设计

【摘要】:基于基片集成波导(Substrate Integrated Waveguide,SIW)的滤波器相比波导滤波器具备传输损耗小、Q值高、尺寸小、造价低的优点,相比微带结构的滤波器,弥补了其在高频段的不足。本文研究了基片集成波导滤波器的设计原理和方法,提出了高选择性、低插入损耗、小型化和高集成度的新型滤波器结构。归纳起来,本文的工作包括以下几个方面:1)提出新型的单腔体宽带滤波器。利用基片集成波导腔体结构中的三种模式TE101模、TE102模和TE201模,通过加载金属化通孔和表面缝隙实现模式频率的扰动,完成宽带滤波。2)提出利用基片集成波导谐振腔中平衡谐振模式构建平衡式双通带滤波器。采用矩形谐振腔中TE102模和TE201模来构建平衡滤波器的双通带,设计新颖的内部耦合结构引入源和负载之间的耦合,产生两个额外传输零点,改善了带外抑制性能,同时共模抑制性能达到35dB以上。3)提出基于QMISW和EMSIW谐振腔的新型小型化滤波器设计方法。首先设计了三阶切比雪夫滤波器;之后构建新型馈电和耦合结构,通过引入源和负载之间的耦合,设计了具有四个传输零点的高选择性单通带小型化滤波器;最后设计了双通带滤波器。
[Abstract]:Compared with waveguide filter, the filter based on substrate Integrated waveguide siw has the advantages of high transmission loss, small size and low cost, compared with microstrip filter. In this paper, the design principle and method of substrate integrated waveguide filter are studied, and a new filter structure with high selectivity, low insertion loss, miniaturization and high integration is proposed. The work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1) A novel single-cavity wideband filter is proposed. The three modes of TE101 mode TE102 and TE201 modes in waveguide cavity structure are integrated with substrates. The mode frequency is disturbed by loading metallized through holes and surface gaps. Complete wideband filter. 2) A balanced double pass band filter is proposed by using the balanced resonant mode in the substrate integrated waveguide resonator. The TE102 mode and the TE201 mode in the rectangular resonator are used to construct the double pass band of the balanced filter. A novel internal coupling structure is designed to introduce the coupling between the source and the load, resulting in two additional transmissions of 00:00, which improves the out-of-band suppression performance. At the same time, the common mode suppression performance is over 35dB. 3) A novel miniaturized filter design method based on QMISW and EMSIW resonators is proposed. First, a third-order Chebyshev filter is designed, then a novel feed and coupling structure is constructed. By introducing the coupling between the source and the load, a highly selective single-pass band miniaturized filter with four transmission 00:00 is designed, and a double-pass band filter is designed.
