基于生产管控系统的BOM多视图的研究与应用

【摘要】:在经济快速发展,市场需求多样化的背景下,制造行业利用信息化手段规范生产流程,快速响应客户需求是最为关键的一步。物料清单(Bill of Material,BOM)是制造企业生产流程中的数据载体,对于不同业务部门的需求侧重的不同,BOM多视图的方式是最为有效的方法。而BOM多视图的数据一致性是由单一数据源与合理的视图映射方法保证的。本文首先给出BOM理论基础,包括对BOM应用广泛的产品生命周期管理技术,BOM数据模型、BOM视图常见的分类。本文着重研究了产品结构模型,根据它的形成原理与构成公式,讨论其各个参数意义,研究相对应的满足BOM多视图的产品配置方法,从而给出BOM视图模型以及BOM多视图映射规则定义,并结合改进的权限控制模型。针对传统BOM视图缺少能掌握多个关键部门针对同一产品的串联性视图信息,本文给出BOM多视图映射为汇总BOM方法,此汇总BOM主要提供给管理层部门使用,用于掌握项目进度及盈亏情况等。本课题来源于吉林大学实验室项目“汽车生产管控系统的BOM多视图的研发”,本文在对中小型汽车零部件制造企业的业务需求进行调研后,研发了符合实际企业运作的计算机软件。根据BOM多视图在不同部门间的映射需求,应用本文定义的产品结构模型进行结构设计和产品配置。着重对零部件编码原则、产品结构树的构建算法和存储结构、使用映射规则进行多视图映射功能进行了研究,最终实现了可在企业真正运行使用的BOM多视图的功能:物料管理、产品结构设计与产品配置、多视图映射、权限控制以及多视图映射为汇总BOM等。
[Abstract]:In the rapid development of economy and the diversification of market demand under the background of manufacturing industry, the use of information technology standard production process, quick response to customer demand is the most crucial step. The bill of materials (Bill of, Material, BOM) is a data carrier production process in manufacturing enterprise, focus on the needs of the business sector in different different, BOM a multi view approach is the most effective method. And the data consistency of BOM multi view mapping method is to ensure that the view from a single data source and reasonable. This paper gives the basic theory of BOM, including the BOM widely used product life cycle management technology, BOM data model, classification of BOM view common in this paper. Focus on product structure model, based on the principle of the formation and composition of its formula, discuss the significance of each parameter, product configuration related research methods to meet the BOM multi view, which gives the BOM view model And BOM multi view mapping rules are defined, and an improved access control model. According to the traditional view of BOM lack can master a number of key sectors for series of views of the same product, this paper presents BOM multi view mapping is a summary of BOM method, the summary of BOM mainly provides management departments, to grasp the progress of the project and the profit and loss situation. This thesis comes from the Jilin University laboratory project "automobile production control system of BOM multi view research", this paper researches on small and medium sized auto parts manufacturing enterprise business needs, the development of the computer software. The actual operation of enterprises according to the requirements of BOM multi view mapping between different departments, for design and application of product configuration model is defined in this paper. The principle and algorithm of constructing parts encoding, storage structure of product structure tree, The mapping function is used to perform multi view mapping. Finally, the functions of BOM multi view can be implemented in Enterprises: material management, product structure design and product configuration, multi view mapping, permissions control and multi view mapping to BOM.
