自动化立体车库调度优化研究

【摘要】:汽车保有量的不断增加,导致停车位严重不足。占地面积普遍偏大的传统停车场无疑会令建筑用地原本很紧张的大中城市不堪重负,最终造成交通严重堵塞、汽车无处停放等混乱现象。为缓解此问题,近几年来自动化立体车库逐渐发展并应用起来,但在实际应用中,车库整体运行效率低,客户存取车等待时间长,这主要受到车位分配及出入库调度策略的影响。因此,本文基于这一现状,重点研究巷道平面移动式立体车库的车位分配及调度策略,为实际自动化立体车库调度提供参考。本文研究内容如下:(1)查阅国内外相关文献,结合立体车库发展中存在的问题,本文将发展前景良好的巷道平面移动式立体车库入库车位分配及出入库调度策略作为重点研究内容。(2)对巷道平面移动式立体车库结构组成、分类及出入库作业流程进行详细介绍。(3)在对升降机和搬运器相配合的巷道平面移动式立体车库入库车位分配时,以入库距离最短、车位重心最低建立多目标优化模型,利用单一遗传算法(GA)、模拟退火算法(SA)及混合遗传算法(HGA)对模型分别进行求解,并用MATLAB仿真,结果表明,HGA相对于GA、SA,收敛速度快,优化效率高,能有效地缩短入库距离、降低车位重心。(4)以某巷道平面移动式立体车库为研究对象,调研统计某个工作日内8:00-11:00期间车辆车主到达时刻,结合排队论理论知识进行分析,得出该车库存取车效率低下、客户平均等待时间长。根据巷道平面移动式立体车库出入库作业流程及升降机和搬运器不工作时停靠位置不同,提出联合出入和原地等待两种调度策略,以总调度时间最短建立数学模型,利用HGA求解模型,通过比较两种调度策略在不同作业规模下的总时间,得出联合出入库策略能有效地缩短总出入库时间。(5)采用VBA编程语言,以ACCESS2013为开发平台,建立巷道平面移动式立体车库管理系统。本系统可以实现车辆、客户、缴费、车位、出入库次数的查询与管理,并通过分析系统数据,掌握车库运行状况,为车库管理提供良好的经营决策。
[Abstract]:The increasing number of cars leads to a serious shortage of parking spaces.There is no doubt that the traditional parking lot, which covers a large area on a large scale, will overburden the large and medium-sized cities where the construction land used to be very tight, resulting in a serious traffic jam, no parking place for cars and other chaotic phenomena.In order to alleviate this problem, the automatic three-dimensional garage has been developed and applied in recent years, but in the practical application, the overall running efficiency of the garage is low, and the waiting time for the customer to access the car is long.This is mainly affected by the allocation of parking spaces and the scheduling strategy for incoming and outgoing storage.Therefore, based on the present situation, this paper focuses on the parking space allocation and scheduling strategy of roadway planar mobile stereoscopic garage, which provides a reference for the actual automatic three-dimensional garage scheduling.The contents of this study are as follows: (1) referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad, combining with the problems existing in the development of stereoscopic garage,In this paper, the parking space allocation and dispatching strategy of roadway plane mobile stereoscopic garage with good development prospect are taken as the key research content. The structure of roadway plane mobile stereoscopic garage is composed of.The classification and operation flow of entering and leaving storehouse are introduced in detail. In the allocation of the parking space in the roadway plane mobile stereoscopic garage which is coordinated with hoist and conveyer, the multi-objective optimization model is established with the shortest distance and the lowest center of gravity of the parking space.The single genetic algorithm (GA), simulated annealing algorithm (SA) and hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) are used to solve the model respectively. The results of MATLAB simulation show that HGA has the advantages of fast convergence speed, high optimization efficiency, and can effectively shorten the storage distance.Reduce the center of gravity of parking space.) take a plane mobile three-dimensional garage of a roadway as the research object, investigate and calculate the arrival time of the vehicle owner during 8: 00-11: 00 in a workday, analyze the theory of queue theory, and draw the conclusion that the efficiency of the vehicle inventory is low.The average waiting time is long.According to the operation flow of plane mobile three-dimensional garage in roadway and the different parking position when the elevator and conveyer are not working, this paper puts forward two scheduling strategies, one is joint access and the other is waiting in situ, and the mathematical model is established with the shortest total dispatching time.By comparing the total time of two scheduling strategies under different job scale by using HGA solution model, it is concluded that the combined input-out strategy can effectively shorten the total input-in-store time. (5) VBA programming language is adopted and ACCESS2013 is used as the development platform.The management system of plane mobile three-dimensional garage of roadway is established.The system can realize the inquiry and management of vehicle, customer, payment, parking space, times of entering and leaving the warehouse, and through analyzing the data of the system, we can master the running condition of the garage and provide a good management decision for the garage management.
