基于Android的气田远程数据监测平台软件系统设计

【摘要】:为提高天然气田工作环境数据的监测效率,达到随时随地监测的目的,推动气田监测智能化、移动化发展,文章设计了基于Android的气田远程数据监测平台软件系统。该系统安装在工作人员的智能设备上,不仅可以实现桌面客户端中数据查询、展示等功能,结合移动设备特点还实现了较好的告警推送功能,满足气田移动监测服务的需求。本文来源于中石油创新基金项目(2014D-5006-0603),设计使用Android客户端远程监测气田工作环境数据。本文采用Android客户端、Web服务器和后台数据库三层架构,完成了基于Android的气田远程数据监测平台软件系统的从后台到Android前端的设计与实现。客户端与服务器连接成功后,能够实现对气田中各个气井内温度、油压、套压、瞬时流量的实时数据查询,并以可读性强的仪表盘形式显示;历史数据查询功能可选择气井、气井参数和时间段,查询结果以折线图和图表形式显示,实现了数据的可视化,清晰的反映出数据的变化趋势,且能够实时接收服务器告警信息推送并进行简单处理,确保了对气田环境数据的实时监测。为使系统更加安全可靠,本文采用基于MVC的分层架构对Web服务器端进行设计,客户端与后台数据库不直接进行数据交互,而是利用控制器与Web服务器相关组件交互后再由Web服务器和后台数据库交互。本文最后对系统进行测试,验证了客户端可行性和运行的稳定性,实现了气田生产环境数据的远程监测和应用的移动化。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the monitoring efficiency of the working environment data of natural gas field, to achieve the purpose of monitoring at any time and anywhere, and to promote the intelligent and mobile development of gas field monitoring, a software system of gas field remote data monitoring platform based on Android is designed in this paper. The system can not only realize the functions of data query and display in the desktop client, but also realize the function of warning and pushing according to the characteristics of mobile device, and meet the needs of mobile monitoring service in gas field. This paper is based on Sinopec Innovation Fund project (2014D-5006-0603C), which is designed to use Android client to remotely monitor the working environment data of gas field. In this paper, the design and implementation of the software system from backstage to Android front end of gas field remote data monitoring platform based on Android is completed by using Android client web server and backstage database. After the client and the server are connected successfully, the real-time data query of temperature, oil pressure, casing pressure and instantaneous flow rate in each gas well in the gas field can be realized, and displayed in the form of instrument panel with strong readability. The gas well parameters and time periods, the query results are shown in the form of broken line diagram and chart, the visualization of the data is realized, the change trend of the data is clearly reflected, and the alarm information of the server can be received in real time and processed simply. The real-time monitoring of gas field environment data is ensured. In order to make the system more secure and reliable, this paper adopts the layered architecture based on MVC to design the Web server. The client and the background database do not directly interact with each other. Instead, the controller is used to interact with the components related to the Web server and then the Web server and the background database. Finally, the system is tested, which verifies the feasibility and stability of the client, and realizes the remote monitoring of the gas field production environment data and the application of the mobile application.
